I know how that feels. I've been getting sick and tired myself lately. Today things just seemed different. My teacher didn't want me to help my lab partner nor him to help me. I'm kind of worried why he would sperate us and the only thing I can think of is we aren't working really as a team. Then he keeps saying that he is sure that I know how to drive a manual but I don't I have only driven one once unless you consider dreams.

Make a dream pillow and put some cotton in it. Throw a pinch of lavender and rosemary into the pillow. Put the piece of paper in last and sew it up (you can also make a small pouch on the pillow to put the piece of paper in so the dream pillow can be reused).

You don't have to make the dream pillow for the first one. You can just use a regular pillow if you want. That is what I do anyway. Sometimes I spray my favorite body mist on it so spary a light smelling fragance that you like on the paper or pillow and place it under the pillow. Otherwise modify it to a way that works best for you. These are just guidelines.

Cuz I dreamed last night to a part of my past in first person realizing that I was 13...but was with another soul ( my young soul I guess) and when I woke up and later during the day, I realized that on that particular day , I felt different like someone else was there...any ideas...so wierd.

I feel like such a slacker, I haven't even meditated in months. I don't really have any hope of anything happening, but atleast I can say that I tried. No you do not have to make a dream pillow modifity it to your needs. I did but I love making dream pillows. My friends loved them so much that they asked me to make them some.

Yes it is possible to astral travel to the past. I know that I have but hey someone said that I have an vivid dream it wasn't a past life so..... Its whatever you believe but I am sure that it is possible.

I did the dream spell last night and heres what happened.


I asked when I would be with my soulmate and this is what I got.

I was living in a house and I was getting ready in the bathroom. He was out in the living room I believe. It was a nice house. The bathroom was beautiful and bright.
"Hon are you ready yet?" he asked.
"No," I said and I recognzed the voice even though I haven't seen him in the dream yet.
I remember looking at something with a date on it the only part that I could remember was 2012. I think we were going to do something for an anniversary or something. I wasn't getting ready for a wedding.

I know the dream didn't go exactly like I asked but I got a DATE! Something that hasn't happened yet.

So, last night I tried to astral project. I relaxed myself down, I got to the (what I call) spinning stage (if you've ever a.p.ed before you should know what I mean, it's the point where you feel like you are spinning and are separated from your body, disconnecting). I started focusing on leaving my body, by this point my body is totally relaxed and this weird muscle spasm started twitching in my arm in my bicep. It reminded me of someone poking me really hard. I stopped trying to leave my body and it would stop, I'd start trying again and it would intensify. wtf? Is there anyone good with talking to spirit guides? Because I'm confused at the moment.

I'm not very good at talking to my own. Sometimes I hear what I believe to be my angels talking to me through my intuition. I usually ask her to show herself in a dream and talk to her that way if I really need her guideance and can't get through to her any other way. Sorry if I am not much help. Ok, I did this again, and this time I was conifedent on finding out what I wanted to know. Well when I got into the library and sat down, the chair moved forward, and I stopped in front of these stairs that appeared out of nowhere. There was a lady in like a poofy white dress that pointed up the at the stairs and said that I would find my book up there, and that I had to find it. I got up the stairs and looked around, and then this white cord appeared form my chest, leading into my chest to my heart. The cord was tied to something on the other end, and I followed it to a book. So I pulled the book off the shelf, and this time the book had a white binding with a light purplish pink cover with deep purple letters. I looked at it and opened it, but I had to snap out of the mediating cause I was at school in a class.
-.- It was weird. And after that I felt really weird too, and like I was looking at everyone with a new emotion toward everyone. I was even shocked at the things I felt.

I was looking at everyone with a sense of a higher status. Like I was bored of all the people around me. I kept giving people the evil eye, and then I would realize what I was doing, and I would freak. I dont act that way, ever. Not even when I mediate. Now that I remember, I have acted that way, usually after I have a memory of a past life, usually of my higher being past lives.
The lady I saw had her hair up in a bun, and was like almost bleach blonde. She had like blue gray eyes. The dress she wore was more silver than white. It was like the cinderella dress, but all silver. She kinda scared me a bit, because she seemed bored and wanted something new.

Heres what I think these mean maybe someone else has some other points of view.

I think deja vu occurs because these are things that we knew about when we were little at birth. We are on a path in life and deja vu lets us know that we are on the correct path.

Yes I have dreams about talking to people that I haven't seen in months and then see them next day or that day and talk. Sometimes we talk about the same thing in the dream. I feel those are visions.

Do you believe that Angels can be humans or guides maybe you are their Angel or guide and are helping them out in their life. I know that I have done this with one person at the time I believed that I was his soulmate. I have also had visions of saving people that are close to him. In these dreams I tell them that I am an Angel. I now realize that I could have ben astraling.


As far as what dreams to pay attention to and this could be different for everyone. For me they are the very lucid dreams that feel so real I can not tell that I am dreams. Those are the ones that I really pay attention to. But it is good to write down all dreams because even the smallest dream could have a message.
