Dreams Hit Reality PLEASE INTERPRET

At least once a week i have these wierd dreams like im in dead sleep where im NOT dreaming but out of nowhere or so i think i just fall thousands of feet. Now as soon as i make impact to the ground i wake up almost literally feeling like i was dropped into my bed and feels like theres a big lump in my stomach does this mean anything? any info please let me know>

have you looked on the main page where it says "falling dream"? I've had similar dreams. They're not very fun...... Hope you find what you're looking for there..
