nasty dream

My best friend (former girlfriend) Sonia dreamt that we were at her house. She was topless and started bleeding from her mouth BIG TIME. She asked me to call for help but instead, I picked her up and dropped her off at her workplace (at night) still topless and told her to wait for an ambulance. I then walked away.
She woke up feeling like she was choking and it scared her witless.
Any thoughts?

Was this before or after you broke up?

If it was before, maybe she felt as if she were havign problems and you were not there for her?

Actually, we were hot and heavy 5 years ago.
Been best friends ever since. We vacation together, hang out ALOT and count on each other for everything. Hell, she'll call me at 3 am just to talk if she's not feeling good or has had a bad dream.
We're the perfect couple without being a couple.
