Spirit guide?

When I was about 11 (3 years ago) I had a dream that I was at school and I couldn't find any of my friends, so I walked down to the playground and on a seat was an old lady in spirit form I sat down with her and she kind of counselled me I remember it like it was real and I visited her twice that month. I still have trouble making friends but can any one tell me what this dream means. also im not sure if i put this in the right section but whatever.

It could have been.. You should try summoning her by calling out to her in your dreams. She may come and you can ask her. You'll need her name for this though.

does this mean that I have to make up name for her or something?

If you didn't get her name from before, then I don't see how else you can contact her- I'm sorry. At least that's how it works when I call people in my dreams. You can try to 'think' her back into your dreams but I'm pretty sure that's going to be a nearly impossible task. A loop around you could try however is asking one of the inhabitants of your dream world what her name was or where she may be. Your subconscious may know the answer and you can go from there.
