Lucid Dreaming Question :o

Postby AstandsforAlex on Mon Jun 25, 2012 6:01 pm

okay so i have heard of this technique for lucid dreaming were you have to wake up 5-6 hours after you fall asleep, stay up for like 30 minutes and go to sleep telling yourself that your going to lucid dream.
The problem is that when i fall asleep i turn into a log, meaning that i cant feel anything i don't remember anything (no dreams, just a couple seconds before falling asleep and waking up) also i don't hear anything so there is no way an alarm clock can wake me up 5-6 hours after i fall asleep. Is there another, easier way of inducing a lucid dream?

THANK YOUUUU :blowingkisses:

You could always ask a friend or a family member if they could give you a nudge lol. Also another way of sleeping that fosters vivid dreaming are naps. Take one in the middle of the day when you still have some energy (for maybe like an hour or 2) and you'll have a high chance to remember some detailed dreams. (At least that's how it works from personal experience..)
