A Code Scratched On Me

I remember two parts of it and I'm still not sure whether they're the same dream or two different dreams. Either way in the first part, I was running into my living room with my little sister and a blonde girl I saw in a cartoon whose name i forgot. We were running from something and I don't know what. I think it had a gun because I remember flashes of seeing a gun. We got down behind the couch and I was covering my sister and the other girl. We were scared as crap but I was intent on protecting them.
In the next part, I was on the floor looking at my stomach with scratches all over it. I could also feel scratches on my back. On my stomach, there was some kind of code 7-49-49. I don't have a clue at what these numbers mean. What I got was that 7 is a lucky number and 49 is 7 squared. So I thought about luck and it multiplying itself or something but I don't see anything lucky about this dream since I looked like I was bleeding to death. So I don't think my interpretation was right. Then I thought of a lock combination but I don't have any locks with this code, so I tried it on one I had closest to me. Obviously I didn't work and I made a fool of myself. xD Anyway, if you can help me, PLEASE DO.
