Keep having dreams about this guy?

OK so we don't really talk in real life anymore we used to converse a little bit a few months ago but we both got different classes and our paths don't really cross anymore. When I see him sometimes though he acts like he doesn't really know me and he doesn't say hi. I don't ever really think about him much at all until I started having so many dreams about him. idk why i'm dreaming about him so much. i do kind of like him.
In my dreams i like him. In my dreams he doesn't really talk much which is odd.
OK so my first dream about him was us two in a store and we were flirting and whatnot but in the end he went away and kind of just disappeared. Now this second dream I dreamed I was walking through some hallway that I have never seen in my life and the guy appeared and I started hugging him and told him I haven't seen him in a while. Then we just kept walking together until we ended up in this room and when we were in this room he suddenly turned into a girl and she like was let's just cuddle and I knew it was this girl but I wanted to believe it was this guy. Then later this girl tells me that she is taking the guys spot to show how he feels and whatnot. It was as if he were too shy or busy to do it himself so he got this girl to do it for him or something. Then this other girl I know comes down the hallway and me and the girl separate so she doesn't see us together. Now for the third dream. The third dream I had we were like friends and he was at my house saying he knows a lot about my family but in my dream he kind of doesn't get to tell me what idk if he meant to tell me or what. Then he started looking through closets and I asked him what he wanted and he wanted hot sauce so I was like I'll get it because I really wanted to impress him so I went into the cabinet where I thought it would be but it wasn't there so I asked my mom if she knew where it was and she said in the pantry so I went and looked in there and all I saw was emergency kit stuff and in some of them were nail polish and beauty supplies. I ended up not finding the hot sauce. The dream went on to me and him being out and about at nighttime and he said it was his birthday and I got all excited and offered him resteraunts to take him for his b-day. At first I was like "Mcdonalds!?!?!" then i laughed and was like what am i thinking mcdonalds??? then i started offering more nice places to go and somehow we ended up at taco bell w/ my mom and he disappeared again and it was just me and my mom in the end. Can someone interpret all of these dreams for me please?
