Can you Astral Project through Meditation?

I haven't really been able to get a straight answer on this topic and I've be extremely curious about this for a while now. I would have posted this in a forum for Astral projection, only I couldn't or rather haven't found one. Anyway, I have asked this question because I have an issue with taking naps or waking up for a while, only to fall back to a mind awake body sleep process mainly because of all the noise or people constantly talking to me. Therefore the only time I get to even try is my meditation time, this is why I've asked this question. I thank any and everyone that provides an answer for me.

I have never consciously astral projected myself unfortunately, I'll travel in my sleep, but it is possible. I almost achieved an obe from mediation once but experienced....interference. (I consider obes and projection different, when I think of projection I think travel to other realms and dimensions, and obes I think you're out of your body and floating around our world). I have also had huge success with remote viewing from meditation. However, quick warning, both times I unconsciously had obes, they ended badly, with me bumping into pretty frightening things and getting startled back into my body, just so you know. But yes it is certainly possible, though I think leaving your body through sleep or lucidity is easier

That person was kind of stalking a few of my posts and I got fed up with it. when you see strange posts like that...just nonsense and having to do with places in China, just report them.
