Terrorizing nightmares about a dead relative

My grandmother and I were always very close, and she recently passed away from cancer. It has been so hard for me, and at her funeral I spoke. I thought that would be the end of it and I could move on in my life, but now I get absolutely terrorizing nightmares. I wake up sweating and I'm lucky if I get more than 3 hours of sleep a night. It seems to be 3 re-accuring nightmares, and a new I just started getting a new one. The first one I ever got was about my grandmas mother,father and sister who are all dead. They are dressed in all white, and their hoods are up so I can't see their face from the shadow of it. I ask them over and over why god took my grandma away. They reply everytime that they decided it was time for my grandma to go, not god. Then I get mad and yell horrible things at them, they then tell me that their coming to get my mother. I tell them to leave her alone, and they all laugh at me. Then I get even angrier and yell again. Then my grandmas mom grabs my throat and then I wake up.
The second one I got is about my grandma. I stayed with her every summer, and I slept in her basement. I walk up the stairs and pass her kitchen then into the hallway going into her room. Just as I round the corner the hallway gets longer. I keep walking and as I go to round the corner it gets even longer again. Then I start running, but I cant keep my balance and I stumble into walls. Then I start panicking and yelling for my grandma. But she never answers. Then I hear the beeping from her machine in the hospital as if she flatlined. Then I wake up.
The third one is about my grandfather. I wake up in the morning and walk upstairs and see my grandpa sitting on the couch. I ask him where my grandma is and he gets confused. Then he asks me what the hell im talking about.. And hes say that she has been dead for years. Then I wake up again.
The last one I just started getting a couple nights ago when i found out I am going to see a counsellor. Its a voice yelling at me, but I cant make out who the voice belongs to. Its really mad though. It tells me not to see the counsellor or my dreams will go away, and I wont have anything left of my grandma anymore. It tells me my grandma is mad at me for seeing the counsellor, and that shes heartbroken. The least thing that the voice says to me before I wake up is that it misses me.
If anyone could please tell me what all this means. Im only 13, and I have never really had much of an imagination.

I'm sorry about you losing your grandma.
It is the aftershock that is causing your dreams. You'll have to come terms with her death.
The dreams are simply waking dreams. The reason for the dreams being so vivid is that you need the to wake you up. You are probably stressed and tired. If you're taking any sleep medicines or any tranquilisers they could cause your dreams.
Having a talk with the counsellor may help. However, the dreams will become less frequent as time passes and they will cease after some time.
Do not attach any meaning to the dreams. Theyare dreamt to wake you up.
