I roller skate and i love it! I go super fast, but sometimes i go so fast that the only way i can physically stop myself is by running into like a wall... but i haven't "fallen" in years

I love all colors but I would say red. It is dark, deep and bright, can represent love or hatred, it is noticeable but also mysterious. I find red to be the most diverse of all colors.

If you have never done/try something before.. does this increase or decrease its appeal to you? Are you excited or do you worry/ find it intimidating?

A bit of both for me, Soulkiss- it doesn't intimidate me, but if it needs a certain skill I wouldn't try it cold turkey and get hurt.

A couple hours to a few days. I have lots of other stuff going on in my life that I don't need to be online a lot.

Do you think that people that died before even hearing about a god, go to hell or heaven? I don't believe in any gods but i'm just wondering. Based on basic christian beliefs, what happens with those people?

Well, I am not Christian anymore but grew up in Southern Baptist went to church 4x a week and in the summertime I was Catholic because that is what my mom was.

Anyway, in short the truly ignorant and children can be saved. But it is actually a little more complicate than that. And there is great debated about it. In the Book of Luke, Jesus says unmistakably that judgment is on what a person knows. A person who never knew anything about Jesus will only be held accountable for what they do know. And says it repeatedly. Also, in the book of Rom. it is how you live in connection with what you do know. On the flip side, in the book of Rom (Paul debates both sides of the issue) and in the book of Acts it seems to suggests that there is enough evidences of it in nature, God's handy work, and the gospels has gone all over the world, basically it thinks everyone has in some form knows Jesus so no excuses. There is more but that is the idea, so no one really knows but it seem to be pointing more towards yes ppl who have no idea of Jesus (not the same as rejecting Jesus, they are not saved) but lived a life by what they do know can be saved.

You are position to guarantee a cure will be found in 20 years for any disease you choose. But, yes there is a catch, no progress on any others would be made during that period. Would you target one disease? Why or why not? Which disease if yes?

For many people, the obvious answer would be "cancer" and why? "Because is a horrible disease" and allot of other reasons.

I wouldn't pick any disease. I would rather see a cure for ALL diseases in 100 years, than a cure for ONE disease in 20 years. But that's just me

Diseases can be prevented. On a slightly off-topic, it's rather selfish to stop the progress of other fields, because one disease 'seems' worse than the others. In reality, all diseases are awful and should be given an equal amount of attention

Would you rather be immortal, but without the capacity to have any feelings (by feelings i mean feel the taste of food or the pleasures of life) and unlimited capacity of learning and understanding (thus, prone to create things that could change the world)?
Or would rather stay the same as you are at the moment but with the capacity to change your physical form in any other living being, including changing your weight, height, gender, race, specie, etc?
And why?

The Catholic church has a teaching called "baptism of desire". It is specifically about the type of case that you explain. It says that if a person follows their inner promptings towards integrity and goodness, that they are as good as baptized, and so are accepted into heaven.

Jesus is pretty clear on how we will be judged: Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry, and ye gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in; naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Notice no mention of belief systems here, just actions! Your actions show what is in your heart, and God judges by what is in your heart.

I wouldn't want to be immortal goes against the way things should be, you are born and then you die- I am okay with the dying one day part.

So staying the same as I am but with extraordinary powers to use for the betterment of myself and the world.

I would chose to be immortal. I would dedicate my time doing research in every field imaginable and perhaps even create new fields of science. I would travel the world on foot, i would swim the seas, i would reach the stars. Time wouldn't be a problem, nor diseases, the need for food or anything else. Someone i know once said that life is so short, and because of that, we chose to stay instead of doing something. Because starting and completing a project takes time, and at the end, i wish you never started.

What would you do if you found out the 2012 apocalypse is indeed true (no exceptions). Would you warn your friends / family / etc even though everyone would consider you a fool? Why? Sowy if some questions are a bit harsh / hard

but the community is mature enough to create some answers.

nothing, telling people would be a huge mistake. you tell one person, next thing you know everyone knows and you'll have to constantly be explaining yourself to people. why waste time with that when you could use your time to make the best out of the remaining time you have left on this planet.

I wake up every morning in hopes to make a difference. Whether i save a life or make some one's day brighter then i have made my day worth living. With that I also hope to accomplish something. Anything that could further my understanding or deepen my relationships with the people around me then i have helped my life move forward to doing something amazing.

Even if it was an exact clone, (which just saying, i don't believe in cloning, i think it's wrong) wouldn't it start out as a baby and have to grow up? So then there's nothing that would really make jealous. and even if it was me and my age, no i would not turn lesbian. And she wouldn't steel my boyfriend because i have been through things hat my clone has missed out on. Things that make me, me. So we would have different perspectives on things/different personalities in a way.
