Choked to death

I dreamt last night that I moved into a new rent house. My landlord was very pushy and kept coming in my home to 'fix' things. She eventually brought her elderly husband with her and it enraged me. I ended up stabbing him repeatedly. In the neck, back, side, head, until he left. Directly after that, I walked outside the parameter of my new hone and stumbled across a home gym that apparently belonged to me, as it had various items that I own hanging from it. Scarves, ear muffs, purses, etc. I began collecting these items to bring inside and I see a menacing man walking toward me. He began tugging on the items in my hand, and I knew he ultimately wanted me dead. I punched him in the face as hard a I could. This only angered him, and he began choking me to death. This is the point I awake. Very disturbing. Anyone care to interpret?

This was an angry dream. It was dreamt because you were uncomfortable in bed. Something irritated you! I could have been you bedding or bedclothes to tight round your chest. Your sleeping position especially sleeping on your back or belly could have also caused the dream. You had to be woken because you actually had some breathing difficulties during the sleep.

Thanks. Though I have suffered nightmares since childhood, and a lot of them have been angry like this, or even angrier. I've only recently started putting much thought into what any of them mean. My dreams are always very vivid and disturb my sleep to a great degree. I've even asked my doctor for a pill or something to make me not dream or at least not remember them. I guess that doesn't exist, ha.
