About giving birth to a child

I hope you could answer this and my previous posts.

Today i have this dream that i am pregnant but it so weird that i don't now who is the father but i'm feeling happy knowing i'm having it. and then as my dream continues.. i was in some kind of a room i can't remember if it's a hospital. it's lie i'm giving birth to a child , but i was with my mother and i'm using some kind of a jumper so when i feel that i'm going to have that child, i'm trying to take off that jumper i can feel the pain of laboring and suddenly i can't seem to take that jumper off until i sat that's when the jumper loosen and the head of the child goes back, and then my mother knew and we saw a red blood and i was staring at it flowing from that part up to my feet . i was like staring on my knee where there's also a blood. and i don't feel any kind of emotion. and then my mother suddenly gave me my favorite snack which is unusual, and we ran somewhere , and in that place i saw the guy who is courting me there , and i keep on ignoring him even though he is calling me and he's with my friends so the more they've got many the more ignore him because they will notice me. until me and my mother sat on somewhere and i was continually eating and she said it was for my baby, in that way i might gave birth to that child , until the guy who keep calling me keep talking to my friends that he saw me and my friends said to him that they didn't notice me, until he saw me where me and my mother were sitting and it was like he was excited to see me and asked so many questions, i also feel that i'm embarrased of the child because i didn't know who's the father is, so i didn't talked it about him. and then my friends seems to saw me and approached me and that's the end of it. until i suddenly woke up.

When i woke up to these dream that happens in one night i don't know what's the meaning of that but it seems that when i'm looking at that dream me, that guy who is courting me and my friends are still in college
