i heard a demonic voice...because i could float?

anyway it's the first dream ive been able to remember for a long time. I woke up (in my dream) and could float.. whenver i wanted as long as i concentrated. now the more times i floated the more my voice dissapeared. the 3rd time i decided to float i heard a demonic voice (which in my dream i thought was the devil speaking to me) and lost all ability to speak. I also lost control over my body. I left my room and began thinking i was going to kill my parents. i started knocking on their bedroom door all while trying to yell and scream "no" and "run". when the door was about to open i woke up (for real). at some point in my dream their was a cage with a key in it...but i don't remember that part of the dream at all. i was also in a different house...

i'm super curious as to what this means..and feel kinda bad about almost killing my parents (well my friends parents...but that's who i live with) so if you might know please inform me!

An aspect of emotions that seems particularly irrational is when one has opposite feelings directed toward the same persons. But this is exceedingly common in young adults.

The rules and expectations of our parents feel like a cage from which a part of us wish to float away to freedom. But another part of us realize that we embody our parents, our ends derive from their sacrifices, and we cannot ever escape their legacy. Losing your voice represents losing your personal power even as you gain the ability to float. Having lost control of your will, you are prey to whatever will seeks to dominate, devour, or destroy, which in your dream evokes the Devil.

Thank you for the response! yeah I'm always worried that if i don't do what im supposed to i'm going to get kicked out (even though they are really nice) but at the same time i love to think for myself and mostly do what i want.
