Change of Lifestyle

So all, I had my endoscopy done. There was no sign of any ulcer or infection. My problem is stomach inflammation, because of stress and poor diet. My solution, no alcohol, no greasy foods and some exercise.
I did have some side effects from the procedure too. A major sore throat and indigestion. Feeling much better today.
I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream.

Was the DR. positive about your results, or did they scare you? No time like the start of a new year to make changes, wishing you well.

Sounds like a good change.

Good on ya, GG!

Change like that can be hard, but it's ultimately worth it. :)

Good luck with it!
