Should i tell him?

Ok so, i used to like this guy, and after a long time he told me he didnt like me back, well that was a long time ago and he is currently my best friend. I think he might like me and his family and my other friends think he likes me, but im afraid to like him. Afraid becuase the period of time whwn he finally admitted to not likeing me was the worst period of my life. And its not like i want to rush, but every moment of my life all i do is think about him... Last night i had a dream that me, my cousin and him were all hanging out, at one piont we were running away from someone and he grabbed my hand to keep my with him, wel i was debating on wether or not to tell him i liked him, but i finally chickend out. What does this mean... Should i tell him?

If you tell him you know what he is going to say. You are going to let yourself down even more. Just find away not to think about him take your mind off of him. Chances are he may like you but he is telling everyone else different because he is scared. He is scared because you may not like him, or of what his friends may think. Either way the choice is up to you. Do you feel the risk will be worth it? Step back and think about that. If you think it is worth it, go for it.

I agree, do not tell him yourself. Have a third party ask him, make it seem like it is only coming from them, has nothing to do with you being curious-- he should not lie to a third party and then you shall possibly know the truth. I wish you luck.
