We are still friendly-- friends, I would not go that far right now. It ended because I wanted it ended, so take that into account and look at it from his perspective and the appearance of it ending well was there, but that was only a fake appearance to which I discovered later on.

ty....yes I get bored or the feeling just goes away and I dont know how to get back like it was when I was trying to get them to like me. It sucks!!! ( I stop dating for a year because I felt bad every time I would have to end it but I really like this one). Also sometimes I freak out when it gets to be really serious. So I got my fingers cross on this one.

Oh and best wishes to you and your other half...hope the wedding runs smoothly and stress free and also hope y'all live a long happy life together.

Yes, he probably did resent some things that happened, but everything was explained at the time. I always try to be friendly-- but when situations present anger or aggressiveness my way, that will be met with the intentions they are given and then returned back.

Thanks for the well wishes, Soulkiss, I appreciate. Wedding will be awhile down the road, neither want to rush it to the altar, we know it will happen.

Maybe you like the chase but once you caught them you lose the thrill you felt in the chase. Guys are the same way, tbh. When you are younger it isn't anything to feel bad over, in time that will change.

What did you learn about you in the year of no dates? Use that to make the new guy and you last longer. It can be fun and not serious, maybe you hate clingers?

@ Shara- I think you should react accordingly, so if someone gives you grief, give it back if it is not warranted. If you both were good friends before the relationship [ not sure if you were ] the possibilities of mending will be better.

I agree no one wants someone constantly keeping tabs on them, "where ya going, whatcha doing, can I go, who's going, where will it be, what time will you be home" and then several calls and texts while you are gone asking you too, lolz. Overkill.

Someone with their own likes and interests that won't interfere with your own.

The relationship I was in before was filled with constant fighting and endless emptiness.

He ended up showing his true colors and completely turned against me. All I did was wish happiness and hoped that he would get a job that made him happy and find a girl who could make him happy and everything... And he threw all that in my face with I hate you and I hope your new boyfriend cheats on you and stuff...
So I'm not friends with him and probably won't ever be. :\

I'm alot more happy. ^_^ I feel genuinely happy.
