Hey,
Sorry I am very NEW to this site...but I am 34 and been going to doctor's all my life because I don't get any rest. The thing is I sleep when I take medication....but I dream ALL night long. I mean 6,7,10 dreams a night ( ALL VERY VIVID), and no real rest. The doctor's seem to think I am just strange,
but I am SOOO tired of no real rest. I have had this problem since I was about 3yrs of age. I do switch my meds every night. One day Benedryle, one day tylnol pm, one day theraflu...anything to not be addicted to one item. PLEASE give me some ideas!!!
