I lived 7 miles from Stirling in 1986. Nothing happened. No-one died. Those in the picture look more like early 90s haircuts.

A tunnel denotes the exploration of the concious and subconcious mind. A place designed to take you from A-B (to a conclusion).
Being chased indicates that you are trying to run away from a difficult situation.
Now what difficult situation would slender man represent I wonder. I'll try throwing some mud at him and see what sticks. He's thin, which suggests that you're finding it difficult to stand up for yourself here. His long reach symbolise may represent a strong desire (not from you, from the aspects slenderman represents). It may mean long reaching consequences. He hunts by hypnosis, suggesting that you're being influenced or swayed by others.

This dream suggests that you are being used by other(s). The user(s) probably don't care about you, they only want you around as a tool to get what they want. I think you know that this is happening, but you haven't been standing up for yourself and saying no. You can't escape from the truth (slenderman caught you up in the end). However, you can maybe summon up your courage and say no way to the user(s). I hesitate to give advice, since I don't want you getting beat up or anything just because of something I said. Slenderman must be a scary guy to see in dreams. Since he's supposed to appear in dreams before attacking in real life. But honestly, I'm from near Stirling and
no killings like in the story have ever happened here. There was an evil man (in 1994 I think) who walked into a school in a town really nearby to Stirling and started shooting all the kids and teachers. It had a strong negative effect on the people of the whole area. Maybe slenderman was born from that sad day. An imagined, abstract version of a real life killer.

Everything that Chase said looks pretty amazingly insightful. I would like to point out that the dream is driven by anxiety. That is what running and chasing is all about. The key to getting him to stop is to find out what is driving your anxiety. If he chases you again, turn and face him. See who and or what he represents and confront your fears directly. What is the worst that could happen???? He kills your fearful dream self? Let it die..the only way to be reborn to a new better self!!! What is the best that could happen? You realize what this issue is and solve it...no more slenderman!

Slenderman...isn't he that skinny guy that looks like he needs to eat some burgers? right well point being hes a mythical creature or a legend to just scare everyone....I don't see how a skinny dude can be so scary.....well according to the legended hes like a stalker and eats kids or something like that, I figure if you wanna scare him eat some really sugary or fatting pie that will work....assuming you believe that tall tale.

It's a bit pahetic, but I've actually dveloped a fear of him ^.^;
but that was from watching a video of him on YouTube. I was really frightens me but I think it'll wear off after a while.

The thing is, were he just a skinny dude in a suit who spirited people aay that wouldn't be too scary. The that he can supposedly teleport and grow arms doesn't faze me. The fact that he has no face though... I'll tell you, it was increadibly creepy seeing a video of him

the slenderman is basically an urban legend to me. Maybe he exists but maybe not. I get scared when walking in the dark by myself because I get paranoid of him since he's supposedly attracted to people who know about him. I fell like he is going to teleport near me but I used to think Atilla the Hun lived in my brothers room though so... >.>

I myself have, luckily, never had dreams about him. I know a girl who had sleep paralysis and was still dreaming while she was awake. She saw the slenderman in her doorway and she closed her eyes and he was closer. She closed her eys again and he was even closer. She kept doing this and he was standing over her. Then She woke up.
