Both can be good or bad.

I have it set to hide the online status as I use my iPhone so I'm on and off within minutes plus if Lucien wakes up and i leave it open but not really online.

I usually find science fiction enjoyable to read or watch even when it isn't well done. The elements are entertaining. With horror, the acting and suspense have to be good for me to enjoy it. Saying that it takes more work for a horror read/watch to entertain me than it does for a sci-fi might be the best way to describe how I feel about comparing the genres.
Because I love people.

After my nanny died I feared my dad would quickly die next and it didn't help that he traveled the world and I wouldn't seen him for months at a time. Funnily enough my mom had cancer twice and I never worried if she would die.

Horror.
Because after my 3-4 month stint away from the website I turned my account stealth( it was always visible from the time I joined before that point in time) and the reason why is because it is no ones damn business when I log in, when I log out, if I am talking in PM's or what section I am reading. That is my business only now.

My eyes were opened when I read We Can Remember It for You Wholesale by: PKD, which was the base for Total Recal.
They are worlds apart as far as structure goes, both good but the book was so much better.

      i was about 7 or 8..somewhere around there. But I was suspicious for at least a year and I left a note for Santa by the cookies and milk and the sugar cubes (for the reindeer) asking Santa for his autograph. We had a lot of family over that Christmas. The next morning and thru out the day I got everyone to write something and then in secret I compared it to Santa's hand writing...it was my Grandma's handwriting and I then knew Santa wasnt real...but I kept it to myself since I knew a few of my sisters and my brother still believe (and I thought that I might get trouble for knowing the truth), years later I told everyone....I was always known in my family for being a little detective (even before this).lol But it didnt bothered me since I kinda already knew.. I was suspicious because our dog never bark and I could never sleep so I was awake when Santa came (that is how I knew the dog didnt bark) I was always told Santa wouldnt come if you werent asleep and I had friends that live in apartments that didnt have chimneys.

      It's not huge in NZ. Not many kids do it and not many people give candy.

      I'm 15 and I still do it, but I turn it into kind of a joke now rather than doing it for the candy. Last year I dressed in cardboard armor and told people I was "The Grand Marshall of the Armed Forces of the Cardboard Companies of Indiana" and I'd just look really serious and act like it was a real job. It was a pretty cold night and I had no shirt on under my chest plate. Totally worth it though.
      I can't think of anything to put as my signiature right now, but I want to look cool, so I guess this'll do in the meantime.

      well, i am a really bad sugar addict, so you can bet i went trick-or-treating for as long as i could. i was 17 the last time i went. :oops: but hey, i at least made the effort to wear a costume, unlike half the kids you see today.

      @Misha
      I grew up southern Baptist so we were never allow to Trick or Treat....but when I turn 17 I always go out on Halloween...(not trick or treat too old now). It is my favorite time of year. I think because you get to see the creative side of ppl and kids. It's neat to see what ppl come up with. You can just let go on Halloween.

      I think I was 7 or 8 yo. I didn't mind, prezzies are still good to get no matter who is bringing them. :lol:

      I was 15 yo. Last time I went out with pillow cases ( haha) that is what we would take to collect our loot. Wasn't allowed food like cookies or apples. And mom would always go through treats to see if nothing was tampered with. Some houses gave money ( hello- jackpot) others gave cold cans of pop and then you had the traditional chips and chocolate ... Last time I went was with a friend who was 16, her sister who was 14 yo and their lil brother who was 8 yo. We all took him out, we walked for miles and miles, no parents. My friends sister and I went up to the dentists house to trick or treat and he opened it up and let us inside his house. I recall staying in his kitchen while he got the treats for us, a toothbrush ( LOL) sugarless gum and sugarless candies and floss. Plus he also decided he would get our opinions on the gift he bought his GF, a lacy red lingerie teddy. Hm, so inappropriate. Right after he pulled that out when decide, yeah, time for us to go. :rofl:

        Seven, I caught my parents.

        Well i try not to make assumptions about people over the internet, but i guess if she keeps coming up with sob stories its an easy indicator of said faked-ness

        @Jeff
        Well I am not sure..tell you the truth I think over half the stories on here are lies,but I reply just in case because it doesnt really affect (effect I forget which word is correct) me plus even if the stories are real most wont take the advice anyway. They already know the answer most of the time. mainly talking about the posts in the relationship area. But I do see what you mean I have notices several similarities in many new posters lately. I only have a problem when they try to get to know you personally and are lying about who and what they are. I dont know anyone who has been banned so I dont know if this is someone who has been banned already.

        To your posed question, Jeff. I usually ignore replying to those types, if I do reply on their threads it is usually because I have been off the site and do not know about them and what all they have typed previously, or I post not so much in reply to their thread but maybe what I can add will help a real poster who might read that thread. I have a lil list of people I suspect too, none are of banned members though, just your regular forum bullshitters. If I ventured into Dreams I am sure I'd see another malek alt though. :2cents:

        even if your right i don't like to spread rumors on anyone because i know what its like to be in the recieving end of it.

        i agree, but sometimes it helps to write it out. sometimes i have alot on my mind so sometimes it helps to express myself here or on my notebook. i live alone so i don't have anyone to express myself to. even if no one believes me then at least i got it out of my system.

        I come on here almost everyday and post on something, sometimes i'll post on the adult room, or the relationship room too, and also if i feel like
        it i'll go to the tv and movie room.
        @ anyone- stop being lazy and post something people, anything even if its stupid.

        Now for my silly question.
        has anyone ever gotten a bloody nose while kissing? :oops:
        I did once and it was very ambarrasing. uuwwhhh and the kissing was so good too.

        Are you a morning or night person?

        I hate mornings and am more focused in the evenings.

        Well, i'm always up before anyone else in my family so morning is kind of like my time, even if i just watch tv. On the other hand, i always get really emotional at night for some reason =/, so i guess im sort of both

        I do not know this account-- I would have to read their posts and return back to tell you what my opinion on them is. But yes, it is easy to tell who has poor intentions and are lying. Reasons could be boredom or some mental illness. I have read the threads and replied on the relationship one in agreement to your findings-- regarding the one in rant, they responded to you like-- so what, you caught me, who cares-- attitude.
