currently i'm drinking a slim-fast, since i'm avoiding solid foods for now and slim-fast is nutrient-rich.

it's a bit difficult to drink, though, with my mouth being mostly numb. :lol:

Im starting to get into this drink...well im already into it it's called BREAKFAST is tastes good and it's has a 21 minerals,Antoxidants,Calcium, and all that other healthy stuff i can't remember it's for like people who don't have time to eat in the morning so it's for mornings like a bottle of breakfast lol works for ME
