Been watching the Star Wars marathon on Spike TV since yesterday. Woke up early this morning just to catch the first showing of episodes IV - VI, which I haven't seen in years.

I just finished watching The Shawshank Redemption for the first time. I know, I'm late in seeing a lot of good movies but I think it's for a good reason. At any rate, it was phenomenal. Incredibly well done and moving.

I love the Shaw! Very good movie.

I just watched a bunch of family movies with the kids. "Cats and Dogs: Return of Kitty Galore", and "Despicable me". Didn't get to finish Despicable Me, but I wish I could have. It seemed funny, but I find evil villains with strange Russian-like accents funny. Cats and Dogs wasn't really that great unless you think of it from an animal trainer stand point. The plot was good enough, Katt Williams as the pigeon was funny, but only because I actually know who he is. It was alright overall. Also "Toy Story 3" was great! I loved it, and almost cried lol.

Ah yes, Toy Story 3. That movie was SO good, it was literally perfect for the third and final installment. Brought tears to my eyes at the end. I actually saw it at the midnight premiere. A very memorable experience that was. =]

Just watched The Social Network for the first time. Can't say it was my type of movie. I mean, it was okay but it really did not resonate with me in any way. Pretty much none of the characters were likable or relatable and I can't say I dug the soundtrack. I know a lot of people like it and that's cool, it's definitely an interesting story. Especially since it's mostly true? Still, there just wasn't any chemistry between me and it. Know what I'm saying?

Heh, yeah it was relatively boring. In my opinion at least. A lot of the dialogue may drive you nuts too. Though I love Rashida Jones :lovestruck: She played one of the only likable characters even though she had a small role.

Moon is a good movie. It's nothing like The Island and is more reminiscent of 2001: A Space Odyssey in atmosphere and pace.

It's Kind of a Funny Story. I really enjoyed this. I went in expecting a crazy, buddy comedy as per Zack Galifianakis' usual films but was treated to a more subtle brand of humor with a share of decent drama. It got poor reviews, as is the critic standard when someone steps outside their AO, but I enjoyed it and would watch it again.

The Sunset Limited. Interesting movie it stars Tommy Lee Jones and Samuel L Jackson.

I was told not to bother with PA2 as well. Saw the 1st PA, liked it, except for the ending.

Watched The Adjustment Bureau. Very romantic and well played out, plus Matt Damon, that cannot ever be wrong. :)
