I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I realized about 7 or 8 months ago that I had a spirit guide (someone had told me) and ever since then I've been trying all these different ways on how to meditate and connect with my guide. But what really confuses me is that whenever I try to meditate I always see swirls of colors (mostly purple or red). I see people typing about how vivid it is, but I don't see anything vivid.

But the thing that REALLY confuses me is that I can think of any landscape, of any person, anything- and be able to draw them. I'm the 2nd best in my art class and my art usually gets displayed every few months around our school. Since I'm good at visualizing things, and have a nake for artistic stuff, why is it that even if I spend an hour or two meditating I only see swirls of colors?

At first I thought it was my stress, but it's gone down a lot and I still see the swirls. Then I thought I was trying too hard so I just told myself to think of my favorite spot in my old house and stay there, but I still just see swirls of color.

Do you think that maybe my spirit guide doesn't want me to do anything related to physic stuff? I don't understand what's holding me back. :? :( :crying:

That would explain a lot for me actually, especially when my friend got beaten up. I was seeing exactly what happened as it happened, like I was there! Do I have any control over this?

Yes you can learn to control your astral travels and visions. It might take time. I am not sure if you can control all visions.

I don't think it would be a guide then if they are not allowing you to see psychic stuff. Guides are to help you not to stop you from learning but I could be wrong about this unless this is an area you truly don't want to develop.

I do, that's the thing. When I went to a psychic about a feeling that I was looking for someone, he told me that I was looking for my soulmate, but that they were on the other side (bummer T.T). He said the reason that I had this feeling was because I somewhat remember the afterlife and craved to go back to it. It was the reason why I felt so isolated down here.

And everything he said was true! :/

It was my inspiration, so I'm now trying to meet my guide in hopes she will answer some of my questions... I've been meditating for a while now.. You would think that you'd see some improvement.. :crying: :|

I don't believe that our soulmates would be taken a way. But that is me so I am hoping for you, you can still find him. You can try the exercise on the first page and go to the Akashic Records to learn more. The book will answer any questions that you will have and you can meet your guide there.

Any advice on how? I would have totally no idea or anyone irl who would be able to help me. And is this 'sinful'? Actually when does this sort of thing become 'sinful'? Help?

I can relate to that Noire, I was raised by conservative christian parents and the second half of my life spent with a liberal democrat; now I am always the swing vote, because I vote for the person not the party. I have, through life circumstances, been given a well rounded view of things and am still figuring out what I believe for myself, having recently learned to "listen" to my inner voice and go with my own gut.

This is why I am spiritual then it is not sinful. It depends on what religion you are also what they consider to be sinful. My belief that God accepts everyone.

See prophecy and dream interpretation are strung throughout the Bible as being used for good purposes. After all, Jesus was found by a group of men who predicted his coming from the stars, so it's obviously not all bad. I guess it's how you use it, not that you use it? Also I'm Spiritual not religious, religion starts war - not God. :)

exactly:) religion sux. not God. God is Love and life, not death and war. Religion= death, war, predjiduce (sp?) and discrimination.

I got a question to ask about soulmates I know I know a bit but I talked to a twin and he said that the twin died so he didn't have a soulmate. In those cases do you think there would be a new soulmate? I know from science and from my blood tests that it is possible for the embyro to absorb the egg that did not fertalize completely so I would have two types of DNA and A/B blood.

Oh! That might explain this one dream I had... My friend was at a vineyard and was trying to make her way home when she got a flat tire. She had no phone service and had to ask a stranger for help in the middle of the night, the whole experience made her really nervous. That same night I had a dream I drove by the vineyard on a bus and pointed it out saying, "Oh thats the vineyard where she is". The dream was so realistic that I thought it was a memory. It wasn't until my friend explained her car troubles to me that I realized I had never been there and that it is an hour out of the bus's way! I even explained the way the vineyard looked to my friend down to the details of the color of the stone, the types of trees around it, and the sign. My friend said my explanation was exactly how the place had looked. I'd really like to go to compare it to my dream, but is this something along the lines of astral travels? Or just a coincidence Or...?

A vision or an astral travel I am not sure which but both at times can be realistic. Astral travels for me are different from a vision because I usually do something like change what happens. If I knew my friend needed help I would go help her as an astral a vision you are pretty helpless you just see what is going on.

Oh, yea, I didn't feel very in control of it. I didn't even realize I was dreaming! It must have been more like a vision then.

Hmmm, so I was wondering if anyone else’s dreams are like this. Most of my dreams that I guess could be called premonitions are of me talking to a friend or family member. In the dream they are telling me about a dream they had of something happening and then I usually feel a little bit jealous that they are like psychic.

With these dreams I can usually get a general time period, and sometimes even down to the day. I can also usually tell what will go wrong or where on a person it will go wrong, though I’m not usually told these details in my dream, they are just a feeling the dream gives me. But I can never seem to find out who it will happen to until it happens.

I was wondering what it means to have someone else telling me about it in my dreams. I don’t have to be close, physically or emotionally, to the person telling me but it is always someone I know. And the person telling me in the dream may not even know the person it actually happens to in real life. I have even had several dreams with a different person each time telling me about the same event.

Caramal Flame and RoseBlue you are gonna just go nuts when you hear what happened to me last night! I did BOTH the dream spell, the one where you have someone dream of you, and the Truth revealed spell!!!

I did this after I read both your readings for me again and decided to go for broke- what have i got to lose right? Well I had a dream... and it was very similar to a dream I had BEFORE! "Armando" came to see me at graduation... It was so realistic, and I was wearing a cap and gown and everything. In the dream he held me and kissed me. It was one of those sexy, wild, filled with promise, hello again, type of kisses. The smile on his face was so vivid.

So tell me you guys, is this just wishful thinking on my part or is there some special significance in the fact that I basically had this same dream before?

The only difference in this dream and the one I had before is In the first dream I got into a car with him after I graduated, and In the dream this time I woke up after he kissed me and smiled. :dancing:

I believe that this is a form of deja vu. When this happens to me I don't remember until the event occurs. It seems like to me that you are psychic and you are learning to see more in your dreams so you are likely to start having more premonitions then deja vu in the future.

I don't think it was wishful thinking. If your last vivid dream that was simuliar to this one came true then this one has a good chance of coming true. I noticed that the very vivid dreams with me that seem very realistic to the point that I do not know I am dreaming they come true. I wish you the best of luck that this one comes true! You need more happiness in your life!

Oh wow! "dream deja vu"- I would call it. And I'd like to think this wasn't just wishful thinking...because..dreams rarely repeat(unless they're some sort of nightmare) - especially pleasant dreams. AND because you drove away in a car with him- which could hopefully signify you guys "riding off into the sunset" together! Fingers crossed!

Oh dream deja vu? That sounds kinda neat. Ya I can get all these details from my dreams and I remember them right after I dream them, I'm usually pretty sure it will happen too. I just can't figure out who until it happens to them. Sometimes it makes me feel really guilty I can't figure it out until its too late... do you guys have any advice or tips on making my dreams more clear?? Anything would be much appreciated :)

Well you do have a gift with nature so it might be possible you could heal someone. At least you can grow all the herbs to do so :)

I wished that I could give you a way to make them clearer the only thing I can think of is writing them down and meditating on them when you have the time.

Actually what you said made a lot of sense. I have these dreams on random details of my day that I don't remember until they happen, which I think is what you called dream deja vu. But lately and becoming more and more often I've been having my dreams that are more accurate and more like what I guess are premonitions. I'll try writing them down and meditating on them :) That sounds like a good idea. Thanks!

I dunno if Im a healer....but I tend to heal emotions and depression with people. Its more likely the fact of my empathic ability, but I mean even if you did have that talent, you would still need to know how to work with it. I always tend to know how to talk to people about problems, and half the problems I havent even gone through myself....

About the "To make someone dream of you", I dunno if I did it right, but I did it and when I was falling asleep, I felt like i was watching all the things I wanted the person to know. Is that right?

alot of my freinds are 15 yrs older than me and still ring me when there lives turn into train wrecks. they more than often leave feeling liberated, full of confidence and there head held high.
One thing , im emotionally drained as soon as i finish talking to them.
do you have this problem?

If you have empathy you could feel emotionally drained. Try shielding yourself with white light. I am sure that your friends don't mean to drain you but it can happen when you are gifted and trying to get information to help them. I get really drained after five readings or one very draining reading.

In those cases do you think there would be a new soulmate? I know from science and from my blood tests that it is possible for the embyro to absorb the egg that did not fertalize completely so I would have two types of DNA and A/B blood.

i don't understand your question but im very interested in soulmates and if u have any questions (that i can understand) i would love to help.

I am sorry to hear that. My guess is my mother never miscarried the twin that is probably why it was concerned a single pregnancy.

Are there any special dream spells that can be done during the full moon? since tonight is supposed to be the brightest full moon of 2009, it would be a good time to do it?

I don't know really. Though I've noticed that for me (any) of the spells such as truth reveal work especially well during the full moon.

I’m so disappointed I can’t see the moon tonight :( Its raining here... I was wondering though, are there times when a person may be more sensitive? Cuz sometimes I'll go a little while without any interesting experiences and then I'll have a bunch at a time.

What about like witching days? Cuz sometimes I'll go a few days without anything and then have a bunch a couple days in a row??

My sugestion is to go to Barns N Noble or a book store and pick up what they call a witches alaminac or you can see if you can find those dates on line and see if your peak days matches their holidays or witch days.

Sometimes I do feel drained, but I try to not use it after awhile and I feel fine.
