How do you load pictures?

You have to have a picture on a hosting site and you can post the link(image link) it gives for forums. it looks something like [img] the link for the picture[img]

Or if you have a picture on a host site already such as myspace you can right click the image and click "copy image location" and post the link and highlight it and above the box where you enter text to submit it on here there is a button that displays "Img" after you've highlighted the link you've posted hit that button so you can display it. Hit preview to make sure you got it.

If you mean your avatar there is a help thread thats called "avatars and signatures" in the help and suggestions forum section. If that's it I'll post it.
