An old poem of mine

I was reading some stuff I wrote , probably because I have been feeling depressed, moping and all.
Came across this one.


I travelled back to me today,
with a single tear I wiped away.
I crawled inside her to seek your tiny ear
I pressed myself ever so near.
I whispered, "listen carefully and do not fear".
I love you.. but do not go my dear.

I need you to be aware as why I must share.
I know my sweet you struggle for your life
I know you seek to reach the outside light.
Listen my lil darling to what I softly speak to you
For you will most definitely be born blue.

I watch as my tears trickle onto your frail frame
I take one of your wee fingers and hold without blame.
We shall walk in a garden of lovely flowers,
While our days away for countless hours.
Watching the tall trees as they sway
Mesmerized by Gods creatures as they play.

We shall hold hands for an eternity
In the knowledge that you never were to be.
Then I sigh and sealed our fate
Joining us together on this very date.
With a solitary well placed kiss
Upon your little rosebud lips.

Aw, bless. Thank you both for the nice comments on my poem, FracturedSOUL and Xwikki.
It was written about myself, when I was born I died and then died a 2nd time briefly when a yr old or so again. And during a particularly depressing time I wrote this poem, wishing I was never born at all.
