Really crazy experience

Postby Dreamer2.0 on Fri Mar 02, 2012 8:02 am

I hope this is in the right section, just made my account today. This occured last night. I had been sleeping horribly, I woke up I think 6 times over the course of about 3 hours. Each time I fell back to sleep my dream got more and more uncomfortable. I cannot however remember what that dream was about other than that I was getting more and more fearful and uncomfortable. Then, this is what happened when I woke up the 6th time: I wake up, I'm extremely uncomfortable (with the situation, not physically) I sit up in bed, all of sudden I'm most likely the most afraid I've ever been in in my life, the room is dim, but still able to see in. I look up in the corner of my room and keep in mind I know for sure I am awake, I see a floating object of sorts, it is rectangular but closer to that of a square. All of the parts on it are moving, it was like one continuos peice of material in the described shape. On the top left there is an opening and something is coming out of it, looked like steam but most certainly not steam (some sort of dreaming gas or something of the sort?). I all of sudden just know that is what was making me dream, like I just knew it. This was the first time I've ever felt that feeling but I can pretty much say it was extremely strong. Then, just like that, maybe like half a second or so, it dissapears; perhaps when it knew I saw it? I sat in bed for about an hour, afraid and unable to sleep. Has anything remotely similar to this happened to anyone? Lets say I was infact asleep (although I truly believe I was awake), what does this mean? Anything experience or anything of sorts I would love to hear. I have no idea how to interpret this.

Interesting ... you will not find common references to the symbolic meaning of this experience. It is likely that you were mostly awake when this happened, but being in and out of sleep, albeit restless, certainly means that your brain frequency was oscillating an increased measure of delta waves, which would make a surreal vision of this kind more likely. The geometric shape of the figure represents that of material reality--structure, shape, form, etc. The "dream steam" appeared to be leaking out of the shifting quadrangular door adrift in your bedroom, and you connected your fearful uneasy feeling with the presence of this diffusing substance. The actually object of the symbolism, to be exact, was not steam or smoke u saw, it was fog ... this fog symbolizing something of a more metaphysical aspect of your reality. Yet, to say YOUR reality is to distort the reality of the symbolism's source at the Collective Unconscious. It is interesting because you had this experience while you believed to be awake, which makes perfect sense to me on account of the nature of this symbolism. Fog is not exactly dream symbolism; it has origin in the subconscious, but manifests with less latent properties in your waking encounters behind the cloudy veil of physical or worldly focus. It is part of a class of archetype called "animanimus symbolism". You will not find information on these rare symbols at any library or anywhere online unless you just so happen to stumble across one of the only two individuals actively engaged in exploring the intricate mysteries of anima/animus forces by assigning a set of symbolic references to describe the nature of each (11 symbols for each set, one set for the masculine animus energies and one for the feminine anima energies, 22 symbols total to be precise.

Here's the general overview of Fog as it has revealed itself to me thus far: caused by spiritual aridity--convoluted mental functioning--symptoms of despair, loss, indifference, insecurity. Lies. Static interference. Hidden Truth. Lack of control. Forces of the air at work. Tricky factors. I literally wrote down in my notes, "get out of the box"(!)... --Takes a team effort to clear. ---Prayer almost necessitous to this situation, and i advise for you to heed that one* *-- Effort and will now called to forehead. Link to Light training, spiritual weaponry. It is really, a heightened form of surface tension, which is why the idea of this shape being present with the Fog in this way makes total sense to me. True that forces of air are at play here, although the cause is more psychological than resulting from direct spiritual attacks. Meaning, although there is a deeply intense metaphysical vibe involved here, and although the best solution is that of a spiritual nature, you are not dealing plainly with demonic forces or unclean spirits per se-- at least the Fog is not a manifestation of distinctly remote conscious energy forces, it represents something(s) within you, a manifestation of unconscious forces found within your own psyche making their way into your conscious recognition of yourself.

Is it possible that when I woke up, for that that split second, that DMT was still being released and this was a hallucination?
