I turn lesbian and into a wolf?

So what does this strange dream mean? I didn´t really know which category to put this in, but it was very vivid, so:

I had a girl friend (not lesbian IRL) whom I was very close with in the past. Iam straight IRL

So, we´re at this luxorious hotel, and I meet her in the lobby, we walk down a busy street, it was raining. She had to go somewhere, but then, I stop her and pull her into a corner street, so we´re not in the way for other people. I suddenly decide to confess that I have had feelings for her for a long time, and she replies: "Well, we never really liked boys anyways." And I kiss her and we get together and are officially a couple.

Fast forward, we´re walking in a forest, hand in hand, and we suddenly come upon two huge male bulls fighting, they are very large, and have a white coat with orange large spots/markings. I comment (this is really awkward haha): "I always get so turned on by males fighting" She replies, "Yeah, me too". We continue down the road, and there are male goats along the road, two of them I see real close, they are not shy at all. I remember they had a long brown shaggy coat, yellow eyes and large prominent curved black horns. A magnificent stag deer stands further down the road, observing us. He´s very large, and I remember him making a typical deer sound, you know, like when the stags are in a rut in the mating season.

Then, i don´t remember so much as my girlfriend gets kidnapped, I suddenly transform into a large male black wolf as I have to save her in some creepy old forest temple place laden with traps. I enter this place through a large hole in the trunk of an old tree, it´s really cramped, there were candles on some stone like cliffs, casting a dim yellow light. I remember, I got my paws stuck somehow and got hurt. It was rope of some kind tying me. I got free, but all of my wrists had these marks left by the rope, bleeding.
In one candlelit room, the last one before I headed out of this strange place, there was a kind of magic altar. Supposedly, the symbols here all had to do with wolves. There was a large wolf skull, and there, in the middle of the altar and the candles around the wolf skull, there was a mirror, with strange writing on it, in red blood. I know it said "wolf" in this strange symbolic writing. I remember two symbols clearly. They almost looked like stag horns, with their protruding edges.

I finally enter a last room through the cave, almost at the exit, when I see this altar like place. The lightning has changed to that of moonlight blue, like when the moons rays filter down a forest canopy at night. In the middle of this space, there is a large stone slab, I decide to lay down there for some reason, maybe to rest? As i lay there, my wolf body fits perfectly, despite me being so large. I catch myself looking at my reflection in a small mirror shard, I can see my front paw, and one of my eyes staring back at me. I can see and feel, the blood still ppuring from my wrist on that front paw.

Eventually, I get up slowly and finally exit the dungeon. I see my girlfriend waiting for me, she sits there in Little Red Riding Hood attire, the sun is shining it´s bright rays through the forest glade we are in. I step towards her, and lay down in her lap. She pets my head slowly before taking out bandages to wrap around my injuries.

I then wake up.

If someone has any theories to what this vivid dream may symbolise, please, share your expertise. If you know any meanings behind the various symbols that appear in this dream, like color, animals, small objects like the candles, the setting, you get the idea, also please share. This was a very vivid dream and a really strange one at that.

Can't say I have much of an idea what your dream could mean, but maybe the temple you had to go through might represent some kind of obstacle you had to overcome IRL. I find it can also be helpful to think about what emotions you felt at different parts of the dream, or what the atmosphere felt like. hope that helps!

Whether you are lesbian or not is irrelevant that other woman represents yourself. You need to be closer to yourself, and look after yourself more than you may possibly be doing. Maybe you don't feel much love towards yourself at the moment? But the woman bandaging your paw at the end of the dream, and you lying on the alter to rest, shows that maybe you've been neglecting yourself a bit or running yourself down.

I may be wrong, but hopefully I've helped a little. Most symbolism is beyond me, but I wanted to reply to your dream because I thought it was beautiful.
