A God sent message...sent through karate?

Ok so my dream went like this:

I'm standing in the gym we use for karate testing, and I'm testing.Weird things so far:
The Sensi and another assistant instructor were up in these super high chairs (about 15-20 feet high).
The Shihan was the only other instructor and adult and was the only one "grading."
There was a...mentally slow girl and boy there, who both didn't attend my dojo. The girl was in a chair by the sensi's chair. I was standing next to the boy. I personally know both of them.
I was standing with the boy by the restrooms. I usually sit on the floor with my ranks and wait for my turn to test.
I was badmouthing the girl. I rarely do things like that,but this time I meant it.

I got caught by the Sensi and she announced what I was doing to the crowd. I then went to apologise to the girl. That's when I started lucid dreaming. I almost flew to the girl, but got a look from the Sensi and began to walk. I apologised to the girl, and went to sit down. I didn't test because of what I did, so the rest was a blur. After a while, I woke up for a fraction of a second but instantly went back to sleep.

My mom and dad came to get me, and we walked home rather than driving. We found my friend's mom in our backyard, with our camper pulled up to our trampoline. She had a mini version of my backpack, which I really have. She was looking in it, and then put it down when we got there. I then found out she was like a secorite black belt and she demonstrated a kick for me. She then wanted me to show her a spin kick, and I did so. I was kinda upset because I lost my balance at the end, but I successfully completed the kick. She laughed and said, "What, are you a white belt?" That offended me so much that I left. I later came back to see her looking through the bag again. She said "What, this doesn't close?" The bag is like a messenger bag. I said "Ya." She replied with "Well that's no fun. (Her daughter's name) is so much fun to be around and so much cooler than you." This hurt, but what hurt me the most is my mom started agreeing with her. I ran for my dad, who was in his jeep, and got in and began to explain everything that happened. I was balling my eyes out. My dad drove away with me in the jeep and I then woke up, balling my eyes out.

The God sent part was that I woke up, crying, and praying. I really need to pray more, but this time that was the first thing I did. It was all so vivid, real...I'm sure that there was some kind of message. What was It? Please help me!
