please help me decide what this means if anything

ok so im trying to get this job and its a huuuuge deal if i get it im paid good again and if i dont ill probably have to sell my house....so i took the drug test and backround/driving check and hadnt heard back through the weekend and then like monday i had this dream....(i frequently remember multiple dreams) first it was a bunch of unrelated bs and then im sitting in my grandmas house my dad is playing drums, which he does not, and my uncle walks in just like he used to (hes passed away) and he hands me an over sized olive with a small fortune rolled up that said the name of the company and that they are happy to let me know i am being offered a job, i take a bite and wake up now since hes been gone ive NEVER had a dream about him that i recall...then very next night i have a dream that i go into an office where alot of other ppl are and i see my old boss at another job and he appearently now works for this new company im trying to get into and i explain to him its taking a while to hear back so i came in he goes on to tell me hey it could take 5-10 days man relax and that i cant be their because they are having an orientation and i havent heard back yet so i walk outside and some lady asks for a cigarette i dont smoke so some guy hands her one and she gets in my car and tells me to drop her off im like no sorry im not gonna do that you need to get out of my car and she refuses and i threaten to call the police, at which time i start a new unrelated dream....the weird part is that boss i saw in my dream also passed away while i worked for that company and ive never dreamt about him either!!!! am i just dreaming the outcome i want to? but then why are people who have died that i never dream about coming to tell me what i want to hear!!!!! im going crazy ppl any input??

whatever this forum blows im gonna go post this on an unrelated forum that i usually use for something else that hs nothing to do with dreams and i bet i get a bunch of responses faster....

Sounds like there is a core issue here. I think your uncle is offering you some healing and your boss and the women have come to tell you to analyze aspects of your waking life and what you are doing that is affecting your life as it is now . Something to do with the past perhaps which could be represented by your old boss or something that happened when you worked for him. Sometimes unresolved core issues block positive energy in to our lives like getting new jobs etc and stop us from moving on, also wondering if the reason your uncle and boss haven't appeared again is because they feel they have done enough and now its up to you to work through whatever is going on in your waking life and to also have patience.
