Dreams about this girl

Hi, I keep having dreams about this girl of similar age as me, who I don't know in real life. She usually appears as the main person in the dream as a friend, my lover, or partner. In the dreams I'm aware I'm dreaming and she tells me she's dreaming too.
I've had dreams where we have wings and are flying through the woods from people in black jeeps firing guns at us, others where me and her are battling against a sea monster with magic and with 20 other people, and just plain dreams where we're in futuristic malls and when we step outside I can see bands across the sky which are space stations ringed around the Earth.
She has jet black hair with stunning blue eyes and pale ish skin and her whole composure reminds me of the moon - thin but strong, and looks like the type of person who would wear all black outfit with black combat boots and pants, the only color her eyes and light shimmering across her hair.

Can someone tell me what this is? Also when I dream about her I feel connected to her somehow, like our souls match or something/ and I feel her presence when I'm awake.

carl Jung would call this the anima , in your case, the female version of yourself. I have dreamt for many years of a male, fitting the same physical description as your female. he was tall, thin but strong, with long black hair and piercing green eyes. He wore all black and he rarely spoke. His eyes connecting with mine needed no words anyway. Also, my spiritual self, which is me perfected, resembles your female description as well. In real life I do too, just not as perfect. Once we connect to these souls, even if they are only an extension of ourselves, there comes a deep yearning to find them in reality. Ive run through dozens of perspective soulmates only to find that the presence in my dreams is still out there somewhere. The dreams of him have stopped, but my longing for him has not. Jung says to sleep with your anime in a dream,or in my case animus , is to unify both fem and masculine aspects of yourself, making you complete. If only!This is sad, but I think we find them after this life, on a different plane of existence, hence the places we go in dreams with them. Never stop searching, and don't give up hope. You will see her again, and trust me, she thinks about you just as much as you think of Her. Otherwise, this is a sick demonic joke, and that would totally suck.

That made me smile a lot, and I haven't smiled in months.. Just one question. I haven't dreamed of her in a long time, is there any way to re-connect to her?

sadly, I don't think so. Too much of that can drive someone to suicide. Perhaps someone knows. If you find out tell me. chances are Ill just stay in a coma for the rest of my life. I'm so out of touch with that part of myself. ive given up hope till shortly after this life ends. I'm afraid i'm not worthy that connection yet. I tried and tried to to find him, but no luck. my heat broke over it.. how funny. i wanted so badly to believe he was alive...

yes it is, but likemost pain, i've learned to live with it.
