Help Me Please?

Last week I had a dream that I was with one of my friends. We were standing, facing each other. She was holding up her shirt to show her belly and I was running my fingers up and down on her belly. She may have been sticking her belly out, but I think she looked bigger and could have been pregnant. After a little bit she pulled her shirt down and then we hugged and she was smiling. The funny thing about this dream is in the waking world she is taken, and I was taken at the time of the dream. I also had another dream about her two nights later and it was rather similar. I do like this friend and I think she likes me but I have no Idea what this dream might mean...help me please?
