Recurring dream Help? Interpretations?

Okay, so my boyfriend & I broke up about 2 months ago.

Every night since then, I've dreamt about him. The dreams are always different, but the formula is the same: we meet, there's some awkward feelings/flirtations, we go through something (the driving plot of my dream), and we reconcile & make love at the end. sometimes he'll even propose.

For example, my dream last night:

We met up, and after some talking, we had several trials to beat for whatever reason. We went through this underground tunnel, and fought several monsters. One was a giant snake, one was a giant cat, and the other was an eel. At one point in my dream, I was asleep alone in a room, and a stranger broke in and wanted sex. Strangely enough, I was up for it. But then he tried to tie me up and video tape me, and my ex came & saved me.

At a later point, we were in a snowy little cove, surrounded by spirits. My family was there, and my dad had died and his spirit floated up to join the other ones. Don't ask why, but Abraham Lincoln was there as a zombie. It was a comforting, really nice time. Then I blinked and I was riding on a red motorcycle through traffic to get to his house.

When I arrived, my sisters were on the couch playing video games with my ex. He saw me, and we talked. He excused himself, and when he came back he pretty much just kind stuck his penis in my mouth in front of my 12 year old and 9 year old sister. We then retired to his bedroom, and he said he'd missed me.

Before I woke up, my youngest sister cried out in disgust "Put some shoes on!"

Maybe the battling of monsters and such represents the hardships you two as a couple have been through and that you guys always pull through them? Maybe your subconscious is used to you guys being in a rough situation and working through it. Has it been rough for you guys?

Rough doesn't even begin to describe it. But this has been an every night thing for almost 3 months. I'm over him, but the dreams have just got increasingly intense over the past month and a half or so? Like everything gets more specific. I've been keeping a dream journal since this started, and I can't even begin to tell you everything. I don't want to get back with him, and I doubt he feels like we need to reconcile, but I told my mother, and she thinks its a sign we have "more yet to come". Which sounds really ominous....so I just want a second opinion.
