I keep dreaming I'm in love with my best freind

Like the title says, I have had a lot of dreams where I'm in love with my best friend. Sometimes we're dating in the dreams. I'm not interested in my best friend like that though. We're both girls, I'm straight and have someone I like, while my best friend has always identified as asexual. We rent a house together with another male roommate and all have separate rooms. I don't really understand what would lead my subconscious to pair us together as a couple. Can anyone help me with this?
