This one girl

So I had this dream about a year ago. I knew immediently that it was going to be weird because everything was normal, like it was all realistic, which doesn't happen to me that often. In my dream I went to this girls house, who I have no idea who she is by I've seen in previous dreams, and we start talking. Then for some reason I had to leave, so I jumped onto the tree outside her window. She said my name and I turned around and she said "don't forget me." I put my hand on her cheek and said her name, which I couldn't hear, and said very caringly, " I won't" and then I woke up. Now everyday I see her face and it won't go away. To me though she was the most beautiful girl I have ever seen, yet I feel like I know her more then I realize. Does anyone have any ideas why?

I used to have this dream when I was younger about the girl from Zoids, and in the dream we got close as and kissed lightly (you know those romantic as sad beautiful I understand you light kisses?) and all that. For a while I was obsessed with this dream. The feelings it gave me were so unparalelled. But now it's just a distant memory :/
I know that exact feeling you're getting right now bro when you think of the girl in the dream. It's crazy, huh?
I'm not an expert on dreams in any regard, I'd just say maybe you're feeling lonely and you need a companion. She was obviously extremely beautiful in the dream (how you would usually like girls right?). You's got intimate and had that mad as space floaty feeling with her, rubbing her cheek and all.
I don't know bro, I'm not an expert, your post just interested me.

Damn dude. I had the same freaking dream! Little different tho. 
I was walking on the boardwalk (N. Wildwood NJ). I guess it was new years because the was a huge 2011 sign on the beach (the year at the time). It hit midnight and every one yelled, happy new year! There was a girl I saw who was standing out of the crowd. Idk what possessed me but I walked up and kissed her. The slow kinda kiss too. The really addicting ones. She whispered to  me "now Matt, don't forget me." I said "I won't ______." kissing her again. I can't remember her name. 
I obsessed over that dream and when I didn't have it I became depressed. My advice is, don't let it consume you. It may have some meaning but don't obsess over it.
