Before the dream I would like to tell the back story.
So I have always had strong feelings for my best friend Rachel. She couldnt date until she was 18 so I waited two years then ended up going out with someone else Kate. I have been dating kate for 10 months and idk if I still love her.
I have had this dream maybe 10 times in the last 2 years.
I dream that Rachel and I have a huge wedding at our church. She is stunning in her dress as her dad walks her down the isle and gives her to me. There are two groomsmen and 2 bridesmaids. After the wedding it cuts to us cuddling in bed my arm around her. Then it cuts to a few years down the road with Rachel and I still married and going strong with a son about 4 and daughter around 2. Im working crazy shifts at work and I find myself longing to see Rachel.
Every time I have this dream things play out the same. I always have a wonderful wedding and amazing family. Please tell me what this means.

It means u want to be with rachel. That is where your heart is. Kate is only someone to pass time with.

So should I break up with kate? Its just crazy cause she is going through a really tough patch. Her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and her dad I a out of work because of a crazy back injury. Idk what to do

You should talk to Rachel about your feeling's first. Figure out if you truly want to be with Rachel and maybe ask for her advice if she's that good of a friend. If all that works out then you need to discuss it all with Kate. Just because she's having issues in her life doesn't mean that you can keep dragging on the relationship if you're not really completely in it. You can always still be there for her if you end up breaking up.

dido on what the last guy said, also, if your constantly thinking about someone else, that probably isnt going to be good for the relationship, so it would be best to resolve it as quickly as possible. good luck to ya, it sounds like a really tuff situation. i hope things work out for you.
