stargleam: well... thats hard to answer :/ more or less you just have to align yourself with the person whose dream you wish to enter...of course if they dont want visiters they can keep you from entering...or so my friends says... until I learn to do it properly I cant be of much help...

As for my dream last night for those who are following along... well the traitors started a fight by blocking the off my friends so I had o fight alone... I fought...and was losing until a real life friend came to help me. He appeared inside of the wall and went to slashing. With his help we drove them to retreat for now. Ess then said he wsa leaving for now and to be careful. He opened a portal up and vanished....lol i wonder if that was really My friend or just a dream form of him XD Anyways. Akira and Alexis head back to the goddess' workd where they are staying for the time being. I ask how Kayla is doing and they say she's fine... Akira then notices that the goddess seal is gone and he asks me what happen so I tell him. He seems concerned about something and says to meet them back her in a day... ??? Wonder whats going on. . . Sodina and jolynn decide to head back to town while I fly to the winged Village... i cant withdrawl my wings right now for some reason...probably because the seal broke... meh... Then I wake up cus I have class...lol

HOLY CRAP!!! Remember that dragon guy i killed? Miles? I saw him today at school! It was so freaky! I sat down in the little sitting place munchin' on some chippies and sipping my dr. pepper when suddenly this guy is glaring at me. I just kind of give him a "what's your problem" look and he went back to watching the tv. Before he leaves he walks over and hands me a chocolate bar he got from the vending machine. He said he felt he owed me this. I said thanks trying to not look totally freaked out. He asked if he knew me from somewhere and i said i dunno. It was horribly awkward! :shock:

Yeah, there's two other me's who've only showed up like once of twice. One me has crow wings and the other has angel wings... they usually fight with each other but apparently they were mad at me.

Maybe when you went for the rose (which required you to have pure intent), it removed the seal that supplied your power, because it was concerned that power could taint the pure intent? Sort of like how you have to lower your firewalls before you can download something? I don't know. /:

Dude, I want KFC now. D< I also want to see Capote but y'know....I have to wait for Jamsie to rent that. Us being us, we've turned into total Dick and Perry fans. >_> Figures we like the killers best. (I am so sorry if you understand nothing of this rant...except for KFC. syde: hmm...you may have a point there... They say power corrupts... he seal was a source of power... I forgot to mention this before but most of the abilities the goddess' gave me I can't use at the moment... probably because the seal brought out all of my potential... The only thing I still have are the wings and slight healing... which is why Ess had to come me I guess... XD

Anyways... I basically was trying to gather information on the black dragon in the winged-city... then I flew back to our meeting spot to meet with Akira, Sodina, and Jolynn again... Right as I land is when I woke up though... so I wont know till tonight what's up, unless I take a nap... I did find out that the black dragon needs a certain type of magic to break it's shield... which explains why we couldn't hurt it before >.< lol guess we should of asked around first XD Oh well we learned our lesson there.

Lol, my dreams don't usually continue. But dude, I had another freaky dream last night. James and I were held hostage int his store or something (it was like a house converted into a store) that was part of a mall that was one half open, one half closed in. It even had a street in it. O_o Anyway, I didn't ever see James, but knew he was there. The people that had us were going to torture us for some reason...? And I got the feeling that something had already happened to James, so i struggled (don't remember how) and got out. I was wandering around kinda dazed when these obnoxious preps started criticizing me for ridiculous things (it was a dream so, y'know, lol) and finally I snapped and yelled at them "My brother's dying." and got themto get help. Then some stuff happened.....and I was back in the house/store with no help or anything, but I hung around the window and attracted a passerby in their car (like I said, there was a road....in the mall.). Apparently the house was supposed to be deserted so me being there confused them. Anyway. I think we escaped. Never saw James though....just the vague impression of him getting out. James was fine today though, lol. I told him not to get kidnapped by crazy people that own a store at the mall. xD;;

Daw, get better Nicco!! No flying piggies plz!!!

Oh, and I had a dream with Ed Elric once. He appeared for two seconds and yelled "fuck you!" at someone very angrily, then left. >_> OH and as for Nash....I'd have to ask my other self how the hell to tranform...or transform back. Because I spazztically morph into a wolf sometimes, only it's usually only when I'm really angry and switching minds so....yeah. ZOMG KFC.

lol...man now I'm craving kfc...thanks a lot guys...

ANyways...there wasn't alot of action in my dream last night...but there was a lot of talking XD. I'll paraphrase for everyone. so after returning to our meeting spot Akira noticed that my skin was turning green on my leg and he opened a portal to the goddess is realm. .. we talk for hours -_-'' anyways here is more or less what I found out. The twilight rose causes the death of anyone who is not 100% pure. Although I had pure motives while touching the flower, I still had remnants of it on me when the traitors appeared and hence it feed of my hate and started to crystalize my dream body. At the moment, putting a seal on me would be dangerous as it would also amplify the crystalization. Sodina and Jolynn left to fins a cure but I was forced to stay there >.> Alexis said that if we could find a way to eradicate the hatred I feel that it might make me pure...but.... she said the only method of doing so would be to face my own darkness which was currently impossible...:/ I ask about the method but she refuses to tell me anything...

*sigh* okay, I am now officially lost in my own dreams XD. anybody know how to face their own darkness XD

Well, Sodina and Jolynn came back, but they were unable to find out anything. The goddess' have placed a hold on the crystalization by slowing down my internal clock... meaning they've slowed down the aging process, along with my metabolism in dream... I no longer need to eat or sleep as often :/ Alexis still wont tell me what the method is for facing one's darkness but she still wont tell me...something about it being too dangerous in my condition. :/ Akira came to talk to me though. He said he'd been doing research and that he found a record of someone who had survived this O.o I ask what he had found out and Kayla starts crying from her crib. He picks her up and I notice that she has the seal on her hand. I ask about it not wanting a repeat teleport. He says that Vivian had altered it so that it served as a protection. She equipped with a tracker so they could track her if she wonders off...or gets kidnapped, but lets not go down that route >.> Anyways she is still crying so I go over and start talking to her as well and I hold out my pinky to her and she grabs it. When she does a see a bright light and I fall. When come to the room is pitch black...but then I wake up in real life... >.>

I don't think I'm in the goddess' world anymore ... :lol:

Loligator, okay, so I just came back from a birthday party, and my friend (birthday girl) knows that James and I have a habit of eating sugar packets so she gave us these blocks of concentrated red bean paste. Aka, blocks of pure sugar. Apparently she wasn't able to eat the whole thing because it was so sweet and the part that she didn eat took her 20 minutes. James and I finished it in about a minute with no affect at all. xD And then we made a boy band.

*runs in trying to dodge my stalker* GAH!!! Why does this always happen!? Stupid creepers! Well, i finally had a moment to get on! ^^ So anyways a lot has happened. I got Nash back to normal! Oh, and when you dream hop what is it like? Cause i think it happened to me. :shock:

I was just walking along with Nash and we were talking when all of a sudden it felt like i was pulled back and i fell through the ground. Suddenly i popped out into a weird town in a ninja get up. There were two other's with me and they said we had to hurry, that the monsters were braking through the baracade. I took off flying to this weird carnival and saw this weird black blob of a monster ripping someone in half. I couldn't pull my sword out, so i ran over and punched the crap out of it. I started running through the crowded walkway until i came to all of these steps. I saw my sister's friend and she ran over to me. She kept saying they were after her, that i had to protect her cause they already took my sister and her boyfriend. I asked her what the things were when a bunch of them came running down the hill at us. I started to fight them off while she ran away. When they were gone i tooik off and climbed up a tree.I looked around, wondering where they were coming from. I hoped from branch to branch when i heard her yell for me to wait. I told her to hide when she screamed. There was one of the monsters right beside her with all these weird tenticles. It grabbed her and hopped out of the tree. I jumped down after it and tackled it. It changed into this weird bear with tenticles and bit my arm. So i started to hammer away at it's head as another monster came. I tried to pull my arm loose as it picked her up and took off. (Gawd... it was like RE4 all over again. Ashely getting carried away screaming "Leon Leon"... and i would be too busy blowing up chickens to care....) A kunin stuck in its head and it let go as i took off after her. When i got inside i saw a barracade through these glass doors like we had at our old school. It looked dark and the smell made me gag. I saw my sister screaming behind it and took off towards it. I grabbed her friend and threw her down the hall as all these monsters jumped through the glass slicing me up. I kept fighting them and fighting them as they took her away. Suddenly another ninja was in there... that had wolf ears. Nash said he was sorry he was late, that it took him awhile to figure out how to follow. I kept screaming for him to go back. He said it was too late and that there were others to worry about. When we went outside there was a crowd of people. I started screaming for them to run and they all just stood there. The monster bursted back through, but while i was fighting them off i got the falling feeling again and was back in my own dream. I picked myself back up and looked around. I told him we had to go back, but he said that we couldn't that we were getting rejected everytime he tried. So i don't know...was that dream hopping cause the next day she asked me if i had dreamed of monsters. I told her yes then she asked how Nash was... she thought he was cute. :fuming:

RAWR!!! No i didn't try to save you or anything... just hit on my guide. (sigh) Oh wells.... i'll try to post when i get a free chance! :infinity:

as for my dream, I was still surrounded by darkness, but it felt like it was closing in al around me. I could feel it paralyzing me to the spot as it tried to overtake me. I could barely breath, I could feel myself growing faint but then I felt my self being pulled from a different source and light flooded my eyes. I must have passed out cus when I came to I was lying in the medical department again. >.> I swear I'm in there more then any other part of the goddess' world...lol anyways. The goddess' ask me what happened and I tell them. they say it's a good thing Sodina has attached a life thread to me. ( someone remind me to thank her later). Anyways they say the seal on Kayla brought out her hidden potential. In other words, her abilities are started to come out much much earlier then they normally would. We think its because of the time she was frozen in time. Anyway that place of darkness was my own heart :/ Oh and the crystallization has spread >.> Alexis finally tells me of a holy mountain where one could go to get purified, but...it collapsed...back during their journey to save the world... >.> Akira suggests we go ask Chronos for help. *sigh...* I have a feeling this isn't going to go well...

I have had a dream like this... though, I can't say for sure what it means. My physical pain in my dreams is often less severe than it would be in reality, as someone has already mentioned. I realize this post is old.. though I'm just learning about this site today, so you must forgive what seems a delayed response.
Anyway--I understand how we could feel physical pain after we wake. If we honestly believe something, our mind can make it happen. It a powerful organ. If you believe you're getting ill, and you'll have the sniffles within 24 hours, then you'll most likely get the sniffles in 24 hours, yes?
I've had similar dreams, but nothing identical. If I had a dream of a friend pushing me off a cliff, I'd interpret that either I was going to betray the friend, or the friend would betray me... rather than the suggestion someone has posted of physical injury to either yourself or your friend. It's all a matter of what you prefer/preferred to believe.
Tell me, did you ever figure out why you were having such vivid and believable pain while you dreamt?

cool! ^^ feeling pain in dreams....emotional pain in real life?

well oddly enough most of the pain in my dreams seemed to go away...i think it has to do with the fact i got fed up with my depression and just got rid of it. how i did that i'll never know.

but a giant toad stepped on my foot...nothing.
a chihuahua bit my hand....barely anything.
yet the settings of my dreams are now always gloomy and depressing....dark...a slight eeriness to it. been that way for a while now.

well Akira showed us the way to Chronos. and after I had a dizzy spell and he saw the crystallization on my body he open a gate to the past warning us not to temper with anything. Just to go to the mountain of purification. Akira mentions that its from the Twilight Rose and asks if the trail will really help me. He says it should because of the other two who survived it one was poisoned by the rose as well. Well were shocked cus we only knew of one of them. He says that there is no tie to explain th details but two people had survived the crystallizing disease, but only one was recorded in history. We look at each other and then Sodina, Jolynn (who now has a bow O.o), and me enter through the portal. Once in the past we find out where the mountain is and head straight to it not wanting to cause any paradoxes...We make it to the mountain but then I wake up cus I had to go to school >.< Evil place...

i have felt sensations of like when you go down a rollercoaster you get butterflies as they call it, i used to go down very steep hills and felt that sensation only much more intense, i hated it although i havnt had those dreams in years

Howdy howdy! ^^ I'm sick and my teacher's a germaphob so he told me not to come in so sort of yea so i can post! :3 Shift, we found lion girl... but she wasn't happy to see us. She's grown up so much! I almost didn't recognize her. She just told us to stay away and not to interfere with the pride. So of course i started asking what the crap her problem was and we started to fight. Nash knocked us both aside and said to quit acting stupid. He helped me up and said we should go. She had this weird look on her face when we left. When we were far enough away i asked him why he had done that. He looked back and said they were being watched. I looked around and wondered who would be stalking a pack of lion people. That's when someone shot at us. We took off running/flying dodging bullets. Suddenly Nash fell over and i landed. I asked him what was wrong, he hadn't been hit or anything. When he didn't answer i knelt down and started yelling. The people shooting at us were getting closer so i picked him up and took off. When i found a cave i landed and went inside. He woke up and looked around. I asked him if he was okay and his ears went back. He said he didn't feel good. I narrowed my eyes and said no duh. He shook his head and grabbed his chest. I looked at saw a huge bruise. That's when Misty woke me up... *sigh* She was so cold and wanted under the covers with me... needless to say a fuzzy, cold cat brushing up against you when your sleeping isn't pleasant. I hope he's okay... maybe he's sick cause i'm sick... i dunno.... i'm gonna go take a nap and try not to toss my cookies again. Bleh! :bored:

**anyway, back to your dream.
one of my patients actually came up to me at my office one day, frantic, and absolutely terrified.
she has servere night terrors and the other night she had felt pain in her dream.

HOPEFULLY you are not as disturbed as the dear thing was.
as it turns out, you do not FEEL pain, it is all in your head. your body just creates the illusion of pain.

Isn't this because of random pulses in the brain? The pulse cause a stimuli in the brain that causes the brain to want to react and hence we get dreams...or at least that's how I understood my latest lesson in psychology -_- And is it night terrors she was having or nightmares. Because people who have night terrors don't remember them in the morning. Nightmares are remmbered in the morning, but they usually fade as do "normal" dreams

my friend said her house is haunted. she's told some creepy stories but never saw anything. she's CRAZY paranoid though, so hearing things REALLY creeps her out. it's kinda funny actually...

We climbed the mountain and got inside...man this place is big >.> We go up this stair case adn when we get ot the room the traitors are waiting there for us. O.o How did they... anyways they start yet another fight, but I don't want to fight this time and I say that hatred only causes more hatred... but they fight us anyways. .. We win finally and they just vanish O.O ok now I'm confused... anyway after that we continue on wondering around until we find an elevator. WE take it up and we end up in this big, circular room with four doors. Three of them is open, but one is locked shut . We hear a voice coming above us..it says, " ye who wish to confront thy evil, offer thy power to the victims of night." We look around but see nothing. Sodina starts to head towards one of the doors.
It's red and has a weird symbol. We go inside and a different voice calls out to us. " I feed off the fear and selfishness that lives in the hearts of men. Will you offer your selfishness to me?" Sodina looks at me and says, " Selfishness is a weakness I have learned to put aside. I offer you my selfishness!" Everything fades and a giant machine looking thing appears and attacks us. This thing takes us forever to take down. but it finally falls and fades away. We appear back in the room and the voice says, " …Light fled into darkness, and you are now the new light. The coward who fled into darkness has lost his power."
We head back into the room and Jolynn heads towards a door this time. This one is blue and it has another weird symbol on it. We enter the room and a different voice once again speaks to us saying, " I reflect the bitterness that lies in the depths of your hearts. Will you face your darkness?" Jolynn,after looking at Sodina and me says, " My darkness...my bitterness... I was so sad when mommy and daddy were killed...bitterness took a toll on me, but my friends have helped me. I'll face my darkness!" The room vanishes again and we';re attacked by another machine monster... I get injured during this battle but jolynn manages to bring the thing down with a well timed shot at it's core... The room reappears and the voice says, " …You have conquered your darkness. You have changed from shadow to light. That which was light will lose its power." Sodina cures the wounds using some medical gel, Akira gave us before we left and we had back to the big circular room.
I suddenly feel myself being pulled toward one of the doors. This must have been what happened to Sodina and Jolynn. I head towards it, noting it's near golden color and the symbol on the door. AS we enter a fourth voice calls out, " All life bears sin when it is born. Will you face your sins?" I think for a moment glancing at Jolynn and Sodina before saying, " All this time I've let my mistakes hold me back... but with the help of my friends I have moved forward. Sins shall hold no power over me!" I draw my twin swords as the room fades and a third monster appears. We attack and after a while bring the thing down... Did I mention how hard it is to fight when you cant bring up shields or use other techniques -.- Anyways the voice then says, " …Light fell into darkness along with sin. You bear your sin and are the new light. The power of darkness has now ended." We appear back in the room and for a second I could swear Jolynn and Sodina were glowing for a second, but I didn't see it after a second so I pass it off. We had back into the big, circular room.
There the first voice we heard speaks again, " Thou has defeated the three beasts, but thou still have darkness to defeat... I am the incarnation of all those who have lost their lives due to others ambitions. Will thou face thy ambitions?" Sodina, Jolynn and I look at each nod our heads and say, " Yes" The room fades just like before a even bigger machine monster attacks us. We fight and fight trying to defeat the thing, but after a while were growing tired and Jolynn looks ready to faint. We decide to try one last ditch effort to bring this thing down. By this time all of were ready to collapse. Jolynn strings an arrow ( which reminds me I need to ask her where she is pulling those from O.o) sodina starts running in to bash him with her staff I run in drawing two of the other swords with me. Jolynn fires hitting him directly Sodina bashes the arrow into it then I give a final blow to the thing. And down it comes fading as it falls... Whew...talk about an exhausting battle >.> As the room comes back into view wings appear on Jolynn's and Sodina's back :shock:

Jolynn got pinkish angel wings and Sodina got white, yellow, orange, and gold butterfly wings... :excited:

Anyways, we hear a click and the door to the last room opens up. We're like Come on!... We rest for about an hour or so... ( I'm not sure...time is hard to keep track of in my dreams :/) Okay actually it was more like I rest...they seem to have gotten their energy back ...then we walk through the door. The room is full of mirrors I approach one and suddenly light starts shining from within me. It feels arm and gentle and then my wings change from emerald to silver :ecstatic:

My reflection however says the same and it suddenly steps through! the glass!!!! :shock:

Jolynn and Sodina are shocked and come to help me but I tell them to stay back and that it is my fight alone. A barrier comes up blocking the route and my other self attacks! As we clash swords we continually speak to one another.. finally he jumps back and fires this beam at me. I put up a shield (which works now) which blocks it. " so you've regained the abilities that were lost when the seal was destroyed...your more set on your path then I thought." I respond saying, " Light and Shadow are meant to function as one, when they aren't in sync, evil intentions spawn and it gives way to sin...if you will not work with me then I'll seal you with in so your still here...side by side with my light!. . . I use that technique i used while fight Aeon. Time seems to stop as i throw the four swords I have. (two of them, Banon's, my shadow is using...) " TIme...Stop!" I call out finishing the seal... I here my shadow cry out but the seal transforms him into a ball of shadow which is absorbed by me... I hear a crack abd the crystals shatter and when I look at myself in the mirror I have my normal skin back :excited:

I beat it... then I wake up

..

Man that was a long dream O.O ... Anyways those sayings the vopices spoke..I could have sworn I heard them before this...hmm....any ideas anyone... meh I guess I should just be happy that Sodina and Jolynn have wings...and that I've been cured huh? lol

curious but does anyone know what it means when we feel things in dreams? cus i've been shot, and had razors thrown and me and when i woke up those areas hurt.
