Sleep paralysis

Has anybody here felt this? I hear its quite common...happened with me too....

It happens to me quite often, especially when I am stressed.

A little research into sleep paralysis shows that it's a way the body protects itself from acting out dreams. You are basically prematurely conscious, just move your toes that'll send a signal to your brain that you are ready to take control.

One interesting fact about SP is a route to OBE (out-of-body experience).
