Strange dog

Postby dreamyskies » Mon May 07, 2018 6:19 pm

Got me another weird ass dream. This one with a strange could be possessed dog.

I was at a train station, at the tracks surrounded by several trains, all trains were black as coal. From behind one of the cabooses of the train comes this thing, creature, walking on all fours, long blonde hair wet stringy and hanging down, dirty tattered dress, barefoot, walking on hands and feet.
Looked exactly like creature in - Ju-on only blonde.

As it passes by me it turns to look at me and then quickly drops to the ground facing me, I am frozen in fear as I watch it transform into a dog, floppy ears and all laying as a dog would looking with sad eyes at me. The dog was also blonde, faced damaged, the skin was torn from parts of its body, fur missing. I said to the dog "Sailor Moon?" like I knew its name.

Then I woke up.

Dear Dreamy,

You are at a juncture in you life. You need to decide which direction, but there the way is not clear. Black trains indicate unconscious, so I am guessing the directions are not in your conscious awareness.
dreamyskies wrote:From behind one of the cabooses of the train
Cabooses are in the back in the first place, yet this is more extreme, BEHIND one of the cabooses. Seems to indicate something deep in your unconscious. Something you fear obviously, something to do with blonde hair. So not familiar with the reference Ju-on blonde. Googled and found it is porn. So, this fear is connected to you instinctual/sexual aspect of self. It transforms into something more loveable, yet damaged. Perhaps a person, relationship or part of yourself that has been damaged, therefore the fear.

Sailor Moon? Words usually being key to understanding the dream, I originally thought this: Seems romantic, a sailor travels, so somewhat in line with the train theme. Moon makes me think of light at night, so some awareness of the unconscious; also typically romantic, so connected to the sexual instinct theme. Let me check the dream dictionary:
Sailor
To see a sailor in your dream signifies your desires for adventure, freedom and exploration. You are ready to venture into deeper waters, particularly in a personal relationship. Alternatively, the dream indicates that you are confronting some emotional issue or dealing with your subconscious.
Moon
Tosee the moon in your dream represents some hidden, mysterious aspect of yourself. It is often associated with the feminine mystique and intuition. Alternatively, the moon signifies your changing moods.

There was more under moon, but this part seems to relate to your dream. The general feeling from both is you are ready, or need to be ready, to move on emotionally, but need to work out some emotional issue to do so.

Hope this helps,
Peace,
Operator Mike

Thank you for seeing my post in the other section of the website and coming here to answer my dream for me :)

To clarify a bit more. Ju-on is a movie also called The Grudge. If you look that up you will see the type of woman/creature I saw but only mine was not Asian she was white with stringy blonde hair, not black hair like the movie has.

If it helps as well I broke up and that is bothering me. Maybe how I feel about myself, like that abandoned dog she transformed too?????? A mess, left to her own, torn up.

I do feel left behind, not just by my ex but other people too. So that would be right, caboose ( left) BEHIND.

In the relationship at the end of it, I lost all patience with him, I wasn't as easy going because I had reached my limit, I guess. So went from loveable to a shrew, you could say.

The only Sailormoon I could associate it with is that anime character. Manga if you look it up you will see and she is blonde actually. So maybe just a name I quickly gave the dog, to reference it to myself as both has golden hair color, same as the blonde ju-on did.

Lots to process. Obviously, both were me, right?

Thank you so much. I will be back again.

Dear Dreamy,

You are more than welcome. That you broke up and are broken up about it, is clearly the theme of the dream. You are the dreamer and will always have more insight than a reader like me could ever have. So where I saw the beastly person coming from behind the caboose as representing coming from deep within your unconscious, you see her as the damaged self left behind by others. These are your feelings, which the dream is pulling into your consciousness. The goal is for you to process and deal with these feelings...heal, become a better, stronger person, so that you can move on.

That is what the trains are showing you, time to move on!

Peace,
OM

Hey again, operatormike

Thanks again for helping me out.

I felt not so scared after I once saw her, the initial seeing of her was frightening to me because she is creepy and moved in that weird fast way horror creatures move but when they turned into the sad injured dog I felt sad for it and concerned and the sacred feelings left. So, it is just me feeling sorry for myself because of the relationship loss and how that mad me feel? I saw images of him maybe a month a go, might have triggered this for me they were on a friends FB page who is still in contact with him and is also on my FB too.

So correct, it is time for me to move on,I have physically just not mentally it seems.

I know that movie, dreamyskies & can imagine what you were dreaming of your description. Are you blonde also? As you saw both to represent yourself.

Maybe if the train means the end of whatever negative you have been feeling, re: you, the past, and the monster? turning into something more recognizable and something you were able to have sympathy for is a moving past the past for you.

Read this online :

Dog dreams often have to do with the basic instinct towards friendship, loyalty, and protection. Sometimes the dog will represent you, the dreamer, while other times they will stand in for people in your life. Aggressive dogs in dreams have a variety of meanings depending on context.

Hi, Clementine, Thanks for checking out my dream for me.

I go between blonde and brunette ;) So not a definite yes on that one! At the moment I am not. But, I was last year.

I like what you told me above as to what dogs in dreams mean. I never thought maybe the dog wouldn't represent me but instead another in my life.
