Hi,
Children are much more intelligent than we can imagine. They listen to what adults talk about, what they believi in and what frightens them. They can also create their imaginary world and their subconscious uses the characters to create their dreams. Almost uncomprehensible for adults to understand.
However dreams are dreamt to do a job during sleep, and if he wakes up in the middle of the night, there must be a reason for it. Most unpleasant dreams are caused by digestion problems during sleep-especially childrens night mares or night terrors. It is probable that that your son is allergic to some food stuffs. Another possibility is that his bed is uncomfortable and he needs to move his head and neck.

That's easy.
If it means he is scared about his transformation, even though it's peaceful. :boogie:
Of whatever is scaring him - maybe change - should be instead like this.

Sleep is the blessing for everyone but if there is some problem then you can discuss on this topic. Mostly there is essay writing services in Canada that are presenting more options for dealing.

At that age it may be part of a behavioral transaction depending upon parental response to it.

Agree with Superman! Think about whether there have been any changes to your son's routine that is specifically related to him "growing up" and this will be the cause. Eg, maybe he sleeps in his own bed now, or he's in the process of giving up his dummy or bottle, or could be toilet training - anything like that could be the trigger.
