never one like this before!!!

im 20 and i have one beautiful niece thats,18 months old. and this is the first time ever i had a dream like this! we were in a hospital n all of a sudden it started flooding n the exits were blocked because of boulders. the hospital was next to as mountain. anyway we all started looking for an exit that was never found n my sister gave up n took off i gave my niece to a friend inn my dream only so she had a chance to survive if we didn't while i went looking for my sister. it took awhile to find her n convince her to keep going but i did. we had a hard time finding everyone else but when we did they had found an exit but half of it was covered by the boulders so they were trying to remove them. we helped not worrying about my niece because i trusted the friend. when we were able to clear the door i looked for my niece n when i saw the friend didn't have her i went crazy yelling for her. the friends husband told me he drowned her because she was slowing then down.... i saw her body n ran to her but she was so cold and i couldnt do anything..... i woke up screaming n crying.yes i know it was only a dream but it seemed so real i can't Get over it. i hope its just a nightmare and it didnt mean anything!....
