Getting Shot at in the ER

I don't remember everything, but I do know I was helping my mother out in the ER when two patients were carried in. One was a man who was cut in half at the waist, wearing a red top and dark green pants. The other was a woman whose face was cut directly down the middle. I was told to stay in their room and watch the two of them. Everything was fine until suddenly the woman began to torture me while still laying on the hospital bed. I was unable to move my legs and when I could move them I moved in slow motion. During the time the woman was torturing me the man was flailing around in his bed though not saying a word. A team of doctors moved in and I slowly moved towards the door. The woman somehow got a gun and began shooting at me. She fired one shot that flew right past me. A second shot was fired that hit me in the back, killing me (at least I assume that). Everything went white for a while and I ended up in the lobby with my family and one of my friends. It terrified me. Does anyone know what this could mean?
