worms coming out of my arm part 2

Almost the same dream as the other night. I am riding my bike, the sun is going down and I am lost.

I look down and see some blood on my shorts and some on my socks. My lip starts to burn, and we ride up to a camp site with a restroom, I go inside. I look in the mirror, there is a sore there right on my chin... worms are coming out of it... I start pulling them out, then I realize that my arm above my wrist there is a sore and I am pulling worms out of it also.

It seems the more worms I pull out, the more there are. I can see bone in the opening of my skin, and I can see where the worms have eaten my tissue below the skin.

Why am I having dreams that worms are eating me?

No dog this time, she was sleeping with my son.
