Torture Dream

I have frequent nightmares, (AT LEAST twice a week) but I just had this one and I'm kind of freaking out. I woke up and all I wanted to do was throw up or cry but my body wouldn't do either, i was just shaking. (I'm 16, maybe i should get medical help?)

There was a criminal that I caught and I was trying to get information out of him. But he was... magic somehow. Everything i did to him was suddenly upon me.

Examples, if you need 'em:
I hit him in the chest with some kind of a hot firepoker, and suddenly the mark was burned on my chest too. And i was scared, but i tried more and everytime, it was all happening to me too.
And, frustrated, i got in his face and screamed "You're a piece of S**T!" and he just smirked and laughed and said "okay." He blinked and his life eyeball was suddenly just black goo and so was mine. It hurt, it hurt so bad, and my tears just came out as more black goop.

I just don't know why i dream these things...

Your subconscious created this dream because you were actually feeling sick during the sleep and felt like vomitting.

This means that you had a raging chest pain and heartburn caused by some food you ate before going to bed.

He blinked and his life eyeball was suddenly just black goo and so was mine. It hurt, it hurt so bad, and my tears just came out as more black goop.

Imagine how you would feel in waking life! that is how you felt during the sleep. That is why you had to be woken by this nightmare.
This dream was caused by some food you ate, something you may enjoy eating but you're allergic to it! What is it??
