babys eye falls out..

I had this horrible nightmare, a little baby was swaddled in a blanket but it was rubbing its eyes too much and then one of its eyes fell out. The baby wasn't crying thou. It was really, really distrubing. I was saying we had to take it to the hospital & I found its eye can someone please tell me what this means?
