Sleeping beside a stranger recurring

I keep having a recurring dream. I wake up very anxious heart beating hard etc that I am sleeping naked beside a stranger. Sometimes putting blanket between my hubby and I is enough. Other times I get up and get dressed before becoming aware. Please tell me why I am dreaming thiS. thanks so much

are you sleeping in the nude? stop that start wearing pyjamas with slacks and not a dress or a short nightie
needing a blanket between you and your husband is more worrisome.....maybe there is an underlying message that you are having issues in your sex life with him

The subconscious creates a dream when there is some problem during sleep.

The above quote indicate that your sleeping position is causing you some breathing problems. If you go to sleep in an embrace or to close to your husband, the subconscious creates these dreams to move you or to wake you up. It uses the "idea" of the stranger to get you moving Fast.
It is also possible that you get uncovered and feel cold.
