Flight in dreaming

Does it mean that I have some control of my dream when I can control the direction of my flight?

I can fly in lucid dreams only if I'm already airborne when I become lucid. I still overthink it when I try to launch myself from the ground. I turn falling dreams into flying dreams. In my last lucid dream, I piloted a flying car. :)
