Last night i fell asleep on the couch and had the weirdest dream ever. Background on me, i am 5'6 and 275lbs. I suffer from anxiety and chronic chest pain. I always feel like im about to have a heart attack and just die. Last night, I had this dream where i felt like my head was literally spinning and like i was going in and out of different dimensions. I felt as if my eyes were rolling around in my head. I was asleep for about 1.5 hrs and woke myself out of it. When i woke up tho i felt really dizzy but could take really deep breathes i usually cant take. It sounds weird and has been kind of freaking me out all day. It felt so real and even today i feel off from it. Any ideas what this might mean or is this some medical thing that i need to get checked out. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly a pulmonary event during sleep.

I have lost 9lbs in the past 2 weeks. My resting heart rate is 61bpm. I am only 29 years old. I think of a pulmonary event as like a heart attack or stroke. Is that what you are referring to when you say pulmonary event?

Thank you for the response. I will ask the physician next time i see them but i dont think it was anything major. I was doing some more research and it could have been my blood pressure dropping low as i am weening off blood pressure medicune and antidepressants used for anxiety.

Stimulants against depression, which raise blood pressure and other meds to lower bp. This is no mental giant. Neither the poster nor its physician. Possibly a drug addict.
