Waking up crying...

Last night I dreamt my pet had died and when I woke up I had to rush into the living room to check she was still there as I had woken up crying.

What did it mean?

Nothing I expect. But that's just me. Incidentally I'm assuming that WASN'T a lucid dream, as you seem to have reacted as if you hadn't realised it was a dream at the time?
