Was this a lucid dream....
I once had a dream that i saw my spirit coming out of my body and saw myself in the room sleeping and when i realize that i was out of my body and when i realize what was happening i got scared and ran back inside of my body and felt the force of my spirit or soul coming back inside of me and woke up with this feeling of just stepping down from a roller coaster and my heart was beating really fast..creepy as hell....
i have never had this experience again nor do i ever want to.....

i have very vivid dreams...sometimes i wonder if my my astrological chart has something to do with it....im a taurus with a scorpio rising and a moon in pisces....

This is called astral traveling you allow your soul to come out of your body so can interact with the spiritual plane if you get scared or in a dark place you go back to your body. You can basically go anywhere or do anything just put your mind to it.
