Did I Have an OBE?

I've been trying to have an OBE for a couple of weeks now and this morning I believe I did it! I woke up at around 5 in the morning, stayed up for about 1 hour and a half, and went back to sleep. I was kind of playing around in my head for a little and started having a dream that I later then realized was a dream, but didn't manage to keep it going. Then all of a sudden Im paralyzed! I hear buzzing sounds and I felt my body being sucked out.Then I was like " Oh snaps am I having an OBE?" I then opened my eyes and was leaving my room. I looked into my parents room and saw 2 warm white lights on the wall, giving the ambient a relaxed but depressed feeling. As I was walking out I realized I was very light, walking as if gravity was unexistant. I walked into my living room and saw my mom sitting on the couch putting on a sweater. I sat by her and put my head on her shoulder without her realizing. I then thought about my body so I could go back to the physical realm and do I did. I was paralyzed once more. I tried opening my eyes with my had but as soon as I lifted my hand I felt a strong tug on it. I then relaxed and managed to wake up. Can someone please tell me if this is and OBE? And if so, can you tell me what the white lights meant? BTW, my mom was never sitting on the couch as I was sleeping. Thank You!!

not likely an obe. dont know what the lights were. seems more like an episode of sleep paralysis to me.

i think it was an OBE
maybe she was out of body as well without her being aware of it?
they say its possible to meet friends in that mode so i wouldn't doubt -
how did you do it!?!
i've been trying to have one for a while now

Hmm, maybe the dreramer did have an OBE. Seems to me though, if one did have that experience, one would "know" and not be asking for confirmation from this site. JMO
