Sick Baby

I had the weirdest dream last night. There was a very tiny baby (not mine) wrapped in a blanket, but when I tried to pick it up, it started vomiting milk, then green stuff (similar to bile), then a long "string" of brown, solid substance. I tried to tell someone who was present that the baby is sick but the person ignored me.
I have tried to figure out what this means, but unfortunately I cant. Can anyone shed light perhaps?
